- The bed was so ridiculously hard and the walls paper thin. Although we were not many, they put everyone in the same area so we could hear everyone. The pool and spa were closed and we weren't advised at the time of booking.
- Very bad room. I would not recommend.

It was very humide, anc the floor was space between board. Realy not recomanded. The air was a window unit was very loud
Nice location.
The staff moved a sofa into the room across from us and needed us to open our door to accommodate the move; those guests left their door wide open and yelled and ran up and down the hall late into the night.
Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Paint on bedroom walls was chipped in several places.
Decent location. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet area. Nighttime was quiet. Comfortable bed. I don't mind that there are paint scuff marks, or that the rooms are plain, the price was good.
Can hear a bit of hallway and neighbor room noises. I did not so much like that my bathroom floor had someone else's dirty shoe prints on it, and the pillows are not very comfortable, but I would probably stay here again (and bring my own pillow).
Very good
Forgot a nearly new pair of runners in the room but when we called to see if they were found two days later, they were not turned in.
Everything was like expected - room fine, huge parking lot, booking procedure easy and simple. The hotel is centrally located with a view of the lake and just a little walk to the restaurants and cafés - restaurant Pacini under the same roof (great restaurant by the way).It takes only 20 minutes to Parc de la Mauricie.
Room was ok, well equipped. But it should be better cleaned and the bathroom is a little outdated and should be modernized.
It was ok
The personal attitudes over the facts that I booked with booking.com they’re were extremely rude arrogant make me feel like chit over booking online even a manager came out and repeated 7 times you should not book with booking and book directly with us I was shocked
Pleasant location near the waterfront. Very quiet. Room was of good size. Comfortable beds, facilites including bathroom were good. Would like to have seen dispensers for soap, shower gel etc in the bathroom to reduce landfill waste. Coffee machine and the coffee itself were great. WiFi worked well. Nice restaurant on site for meals with a good breakfast.
Window blind in the room wasn't very good. Would prefer curtains.
The location was central and close to restos and across bike path.
The rooms and bathrooms need some major updates and no lock to the several entrance doors that give to the back parking lot. Anyone can get into the facility
spacious roomeasy close parkingvery well located
Toilet are soooooo small, knees in face...The decor is a bit outdated.
Amazing location, close to restaurants and a brewery/pub. It's also conveniently located at a short walking distance to local shops and services.
My bedroom (153) was old and bad smelling. The window wouldn't open, so there's no way for ventilation. The bed also wasn't a queen size one, as advertised / described in my reservation, but since I was alone, it wasn't a big issue. Also, the coffee maker was quite dirty inside the water canister, and one of the towels in the bathroom was badly ripped.
The kids particularly enjoyed the gym, pool and spa.
We would have appreciate to have a free breakfast at this price, my daughter commented the beds are too hard.
Pretty relaxed in total. Friendly staff.
The smell in the hotel was weird. The airco was noisy.
The location is the best attribute of the hotel. Facing the riverfront with an easy walk to shopping and dining. The riverfront has been (finally) re-designed and beautified and walks along it are rewarding.
The hallways are endless and cavernous. The lobby decoration is just good enough. It is hard to criticize the front desk personnel since they do very little beyond giving you the key. We didn't use the pool, but, it is tiny.
Location
Room smelled a bit, there was a towel left behind from the previous guest, we booked for four and there were inly 2 sets of towels. We had to go downstairs to request these and then to request shampoo too (there was none). The door to the bathroom could not close/open easily (warped).
The location
The rooms were dirty the toilet broken and cheap paint falling off the walls molds in the bathroom It s an horrible hotel
Nice clean room and bathroom and comfortable beds.
Bath tub drainage.
