Location to the airport

Someone took a piss all over the shower and the side of the curtain and the floor. I had no time to complain or switch rooms because I had to sleep before running back to the airport. As a female this is disgusting, nothing else to be said.

The room was really spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfy. The location was excellent near the restaurants and the highways.

When it was the time to register we came at 1:00 and 90 percent of the time it is not an issue to get our room at that time. Unfortunately, that time I got a young clerk that was a Preakness and he refused to give us our room until 4:00.

There was no cold water in the bathroom (sink). The receptionist (asian lady) on duty (evening on the 27th May) was quite unpleasant, especially compared to the other ones

This hotel is sold as pet friendly but it is not. The staff is arrogant when you need to fight to get you pet with you. Very stressful.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby music was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was nice, patient, and professional. Thank you for all the service provided, and my family did have a great time there.

Not good scent in the room, bad smell in bathroom, no water, just fit to 2-star hotel. Don't tell me you are expecting better grade service?

We cant plug anything on the cheap tv that was fixed to the wall...and we cant be refund if we paid for 2 nights but have to leave after one night for emergency...i lost 110$ bc i was sick, nice move...probably wont come back ever

The price was so reasonable! The room was re-done floors and stuff. Good to be able to park in front of the room. The location is a bit far from Quebec City

The Breakfast bag can be improved i.e. a sandwich or croissant

Very noisy... 2 am in the morning large # of arrivals (from airline) made so much noise to wake everyone up and left at 6 am with the same amount of noise.. didn’t get a good night sleep

The check-in and check-out was REALLY fast, not complicated at all. The staff was nice.

Our room was right unfront of the breakfast room, so it was noisy in the morning when we were sleeping.

Staff was very nice

Fridge wasnt cleaned and had food leftovers in it. There was also cereals on tje floor

This was my second stay in the past year. Great value. The staff were very accommodating in opening up the breakfast area earlier than the published hours. I'll be staying there again for an upcoming trip.

Having stayed there before, I knew what to expect. This is a good no frills hotel that's priced right. I've got nothing to complain about.

Overall the room was clean. Even if it's close to the main boulevard, we didn't hear the cars/trucks passing. It was comfortable.

The beds were not as comfortable as I expected.

Hotel was not clean. Rooms smelled like old pet urine. The motel had no elevator and very narrow stairs to carry items to se cond floor. For 2 days of our stay the employees were onstrike and the motel was short staffed and e ventually closed.
