- The hotel itself is good, the cleanliness is OK, although restaurant is closed, but you could find lots close by places for nice QC breakfast, not this N.American over-fried potatoes and bacon. The ONLY disappointment it faces HWY-impossible to sleep... (

- No Follow up about things forgoten in room
- There was suppose to be a continental breakfast included, no breakfast. No maids, no cleaning of the rooms. No towels at the pool told to take towels from room and would be replaced did not happen. A total of 1 employee at reception total staff?????????
- Pool water cold. Hot tub cold. Not separated from the pool. No outdoor bike racks. An unused conference room available for indoor bike storage. Not easy to access. Ants in room. Had to demand a room change. One front desk staff member incompetent.
