Le Relais des Hautes Gorges

Superbe terrain, bien localisé près du mont Morios, du parc national des grands jardins, de la Malbaie et de Saint-Urbain. Très tranquille et silencieux !

J'avoue que le manque de personnel doit épuiser les propriétaires qui doivent s'occuper de tout et ça paraît. Je leur donne le bénéfice du doute. Accueil plutôt froid, chambre louée via le site non disponible, aucune explication des commodités.

Beautiful facilities, close to hiking trails, fabulous breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff.

The property was better in person than in pictures. The spa was perfect after a long day of hiking. The staff was welcoming and eager to accommodate us. Meal options were great and varied and good flavour. Board games are available to spend the night. Room was comfortable.

Very cozy place, breakfast included and only 15 minutes from the Hautes Gorges mountain. Spa felt amazing after a hike. Workers are super friendly.

There’s no tv… but that’s alright

The information on booking.com wasn't accurate. We got a room with shared bathroom and shared shower contrary to our expectations. I think we payed way to much for that. The property should list the accurate information.

The place was beautiful, in the forest, very comfortable and the people was very helpful. Food was good and breakfast as well. The location was perfect and we were lucky to see the stars and the Milky Way.Looking forward in coming back soon

Good location, very close to the Hautes Gorges park. Breakfast was decent.

The frozen meals were seriously a step backwards in service. If I'd had wanted a frozen meal, I would have brought my own TV dinners.

The location was great for getting to the national park. The room was clean and was as described when booking. The host was very friendly and gave me helpful information, and other staff showed great hospitality as well. They went out of their way to be sure that guests got the most out of their stay.

Excellent breakfast with fresh, handmade food and local products. The location is perfect, about only 15 min drive to Parc des Hautes Gorges de la Malbaie, 45 min from Parc des Grands Jardins and about 30 min from some towns (La Malbaie, Baie St Paul etc.). The spa, the sauna and the fire camp are very good.

Installing a mosquito net would be appreciated. Having a mop or cleaning service too, especially for stays longer than 3 nights, the floor becomes quite dirty. Having one set of chairs and table per client would be appreciated.

Under new ownership and the hotel has had a wonderful set of upgrades. Sauna, hot tubs, salt water pool, updated rooms, friendly staff. Big improvements in 2024 over earlier comments we read. The location is right outside the national park!! We’ll be back.

Clean brand new room !

There was suppose to have a cable tv, it did not. The curtain was not sliding well, we had to climb on a chair to fix it several time and the door was hard to pull/push.

This place is amazing, clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is so delicious lots of goodies. It’s located close to the national parc des Hautes‑Gorges-de-la-Rivière‑Malbaie. I highly recommend this place. Thank you team!

Location was good to national park. Breakfast was great. We would have tried the dinner; however, email that I received said they did not serve dinners on Sunday and mondays. When we got there they said that dinner was available but we already bought stuff with us.

The place is outdated and has a smell when enter the reception area. Would have enjoyed sitting on deck or outside area but none seemed to be available. My husband and I enjoy playing cards etc and there was only one bench that we saw. We also brought a dinner with us and would have liked to eat outside on property as it is a beautiful setting. The towels are small and thin

I loved the breakfast and loved the fact that is was located not to far from the National Park. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Fabulous great priced place to stay situated in a quiet surrounding with access to a 2km trail. Food in the dining room was excellent, we had the pork for dinner and it melted in your mouth . The staff was very nice. Looking forward to staying there again.
