Easy access to room from outside.

Room was extremely cold, small and dark. Lamps were unplugged and no outlets to plug them in.

Convenient to a great beach park with a long boardwalk and bird sanctuary. Miles of beach to walk.The room included a balcony overlooking the water.

No microwave. I've been spoiled by all the other hotels where I've stayed.

One morning breakfast wasn’t served. Just a note on the door.

Bed with two rooms which was nice. There is a kids playground and a bbq in the yard that we can use. Very close to a nice beach.

There is no microwave in the room, which was bad. Kids are not allowed in the restaurant/bar at night, so you need to eat in your room. They forgot to add coffee in our room in the second day, and the reception was closed.

For the proce of 180$ the was no crib available f9r my baby and the continental breakfast was a extra.we could here the family above us. Too expensive for what they're offering.

The view from my balcony was exceptional. The room was very clean. Good location; walking distance to major attractions and beautiful flowers. A BBQ with picnic table available for guests.

The breakfast was very ordinary and even if they had an expresso machine, the waitress/receptionist refuses to serve cafe au lait because she was too busy!! No restaurant opened in town on MON & TUE during high season 1st week of August...

Good for one night but not long stay. The location is Nice with Saint Laurent view

It was not clean, the room for 4 people the second bed was not comfortable (it's not a real bed).

Friendly staff, the rooms are well constructed and noise levels are really low too. There is a fire pit on site too.

The room wasn’t very tidy, there was plenty of dust in a few places and we found some old plastic bags that someone left in the drawers.

given the rate charged,.the hotel offers a quite reasonable level of service

the restaurant and bar do not have a license, hence the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not possible on the otherwise nice patio.

Bbq facilities, the room was big enough with a sea view balcony.

No microwave, and they just have one microwave in their dining, which they close at 10 pm.

Overall an ok place

We had no internet for 2 days it came on and off last time reported it , the manager was not friendly and she spoke only French. The cleaning ladies were excellent in their duties

Cleanliness ? no hot water the 2nd morning for the shower… water up to our ankles in the bath… not running…
