Cap Tremblant

The cleanliness was above expectations. The view was absolutely beautiful especially at this time of year. It was very quiet area. The staff were very pleasant and professional and provided us with all the information needed for our stay.

The bed was lousy it was old and we sank into the middle of it. Not firm at all

More affordable than staying in the village. A staff came by quickly to help when we got stuck in ice driving up the hill To our accommodation.

There is no shuttle to the hill as is advertised when booking. This makes getting to and from Mont Tremblant very inconvenient especially for large groups. Also means we had to pay for parking and deal with traffic every day. As well as driving in winter in poor conditions up their very steep hill. Very thin blankets for pull out couch which meant our kids were cold at night. Our fireplace required us to purchase eco logs. A couple should have been complimentary. If you want to drive in order to use the hot tub … we didn’t.

Very disappointed. No water two of the four days. Only one beer glass. Lack of essentials like placemats, coasters, salt, pepper. Only one fan so had to move it around from living to the bedroom. No real view.

Quiet, nice, clean, large room, and had everything we needed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent view to see the sunset and sunrise. Great for winter skiing and summer vacation.

We enjoyed the apartment size and that it had all the things we needed to cook and eat rather than go out and spend at a restaurant.

The bathroom tub drain was partially clogged.

Jacuzzi

The Cap Tremblant hotel used to have outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All facility was closed out. No shuttle bus was available. Those are a bit disappointing for almost 500 payment.

Comfortable bed, great view from our unit, and a convenient supper at the on-site restaurant (the pool, spa, restaurant, and reception are in a separate building at the top of the hill).

We were not clear that the restaurant was only open weekends in the winter, and that the pool was closed in winter (the spa was open). The condo was very nice and clean, but not very cozy (no rugs, for example).

the one thing i did not like is that it was on a hill and when we arrived it was snowing. our car did not have a problem but the other cars did and it was a struggle to navigate through them to get to the top.

At the beginning, I was disappointed to be arranged to stay on the first floor. But it totally changed my mind when my whole family saw the roe deers coming by three times a day. The beautiful snowy mountain view and the roe deer together made us feel a true winter wonderland. The whole room is equipped well for a family stay, very cozy.

The room needs a bit of the fixer upper. Not all stove tops worked. It's dark inside the bathroom. It did not drain well in the sink of the bathroom.

Old furniture, ripped couches, old stained rugs, second bedroom matress uncomfortable

The rooms were larger than expected and the view of the mountain was excellent. The deer walking by the rooms made it even more pleasant.

I didnt like the rain and the hot tub was in another building.

Amazing stay would definitely go back me and my husband had. A great time ! Close by the village

The view was nice, but not what we've seen in photos.

The house was a bit dirty; we only had two towels, and three people were staying at the property; the microwave was not working, and there was no detergent for the dishwasher and no paper towels.

The appartement was well equipped, the calm, being surrounded by the forest while being in the village, the fireplace even if the wood is not provided, you have to buy it from the hotel or at the stores !

view from the room was great: not only on Mont Tremblant but also deers coming up to our windows. Very nice food at hotel restaurant (Mexican night). Outside jacuzzi.

Nice place, clean and tidy and the utilities and supplies needed were there.

All was good for a perfect family getaway

The unit was large, well kept and comfortable!

This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Housekeeping staff is not available to bring more towels or supplies during your stay. I ran out of clean towels and had to drive to the front desk to pick more up. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the mountain, so not very close. For the price, I would have stayed in pedestrian village in a proper hotel with actual room service.
