Convenient location for our needs

Cleaning staff found a vape pen in the room, which is illegal to have in Quebec but not where we live. Without telling us, they immediately emptied our room of our things, called the police and banned us from the hotel. No refund given for paid days.

Repeat Client annually

We were towing a trailer with ATV’s and significant equipment on board. We were told we could not park in the main parking lot and had to go to a remote, unpaved and not illuminated lot. This was our first experience with having to do that.

The location was convenient, the pool was refreshing and the complimentary breakfast they offered was exceptional.

Not enough restaurants in walking distance

One of the receptionist was not kind at all. I simply asked here what was required to cancel one night because my team and I completed our work ahead of time but her response to this was NOT handled professionally. Finally Booking.com actually provided me with the best service.

Excellent location for an overnight stay. Handy to restaurants and other facilities. We had stayed here before and enjoyed it, so we returned.

Good location to town. Workout room, pool, were clean.

Why did we have a huge refrigerator but no microwave?

Very clean, no carpets in the rooms. Fresh breakfast included.

Comfortable, relatively clean, pool, meeting room and gym.

No elevator, they have a luggage elevator but it’s locked, so I had to carry all my luggage and my 3 year old son in my arms through the stairs. Avoid if you have limited mobility.

I found the pictures very misleading. Hotel is very basic and in need of upgrades. Also I did not feel that safe there were many exits seemed like anyone could just walk in from off the street. My room had an adjoining door with no handle so I was very concerned that someone could access the room. The Super 8 down the street is renovated and a much better value for your money. I offered to pay more to upgrade my room and they kept telling me all the rooms were booked…. pretty sure they were just saying that because they didn’t want to help me. Room was not clean and there was no desk to get work done.

we could hear the people next door thru the communicating door, not well soundproofed. Also felt the couch in our room could use an update

Perfect clean hotel for two overnights stays. Breakfast included was a plus.

Noisy and the night person was rude when we arrived at midnight. The key didn’t open the outside entrance and she has to come let us in.

It was ok, but not enough bacon, and food prepared ahead of time for the rush time Done microwave???

No smile at the front desk

We loved the night staff gentleman. He was very helpful and kind.Room was great nice and big.

We did not like the day shift staff both cleaners and front desk were rude and disrespectful! Cleaning staff knocked on out door multiple times befor 1030 when checkout if 11....they proceeded to block the hallway and stairs off with there big cleaning equipment. You would think they would do that when everybody was all checked out to not hold up or delay others while carrying heavy bags out. Did not even appalogize. Then when telling front desk lady she shrugs it off and didn't care....they should get more staff like the man in the evening.
