The staff was super helpful, even though we spoke little french they were able to communicate just fine ir sent us to someone who could explain.

Location seemed a bit far from centre vill, but we came to be near the Quebec Ferry and that was perfect. They gave us a map and excellenmt directions.

Worst service ever. I made sure twice about late check-in (phone & in person) Answers were YES. Got back around midnight, the guy at the reception told me he didn't had the key. Cannot make one because it's not his job. Tells us to find another hotel...

Proximity to the freeway. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast included with stay. Hotel staff helpful and flexible. Ample parking.

It was a decent price and a good location. It as easy to access the ferry to Old Quebec City and also not a problem to get on the highway to head to other destinations. There were also many restaurants very close buy

The hotel felt a bit out dated and was noisy at night The walls seemed very thin and it was easy to hear the people next to you. I had to call the front desk to get them to have some folks next to us to stop talking so loud at 3:30 am two nights

I liked the location (close to the highway). I liked the continental breakfast. I liked the WIFI in the room. The room, beds and bathroom were clean. The desk clerk was very efficient and helpful. Our night's sleep was peaceful and quiet, with no noise.

I was kind of hoping for an eliptical machine in the fitness room (there was a treadmill, stationary bike and weightlifting bench only). And it would suggest to have some soy or almond milk offered in the breakfast for those with lactose intolerance.

The only issue we had was the address of the Hotel indicated on the email was not correct. We had to go on the internet to check the address. The staff advised us that there had been a change of street names in Levis and Google had not made the change.

Its located close to Ferry terminal (12 min drive).

They did not clean the rooms daily, sometimes they do not replace the towels etc.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area just off the highway but centrally located to many eating establishments with something for everyone. We chose Shakers for dinner and was great.

Good food selection @ breakfast. However, breakfast room so poorly laid out & busy that breakfast was not at all enjoyable.

Very comfortable room, especially the beds. Excellent breakfast, and pleasant decor.

Had to drive quite a way to reach a restaurant that wasn't a fast food outlet.

Breakfast location is too small for the number of customers so was extremely crowded.

Desk clerk wouldn't give us 1st floor, as no elevators and my husband's knee, already hurting him, now much worse.

It was clean staff were friendly

Food was not fresh. And the construction triggered my allergies and caused me to be sick during my week long stay.

Staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

The entire hotel was under construction, so room was outdated and you could hear the wind blowing. The beds were clean, but the carpet was stained and old.
