Four Points by Sheraton Lévis Convention Centre

Location. Close to hwy and walking distance to restaurants.

Could have better mattresses. Bed frames loud and squeaky. Bathroom ceiling paint peeling and poor shower pressure.

The hotel was clean and located just off the highway. Doesnt seem to r much in the area around the hotel. Nice showers and large washroom.

Couldnt adjust the heat in the room. The hot dry air is hard for sleeping.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The room had too much plastic in it, making it feel cheap. Also, the location was a bit off for Quebec attractions as a 30 minute drive was necessary. The ferry was a bit far from the hotel.

New hotel

No clear parking signs or directions , tight parking spots, not enough parking. All hotel services close after 10PM

Toilet clog and the guy cleaned up the mess with the dirty towels from the pool... pretty disgusting

Beautiful room and good location

the personnel not at the bar the people don't give internet code and no explication for breakfest.. all the people discuss and doen't matter of you

you have to take a ferry to Quebec city. you have to drive there , park =6$ and take the ferry = 7$....at night you have a ferry once in houre .swimming pool is just a big Jacuzzi . you have to pay for breakfastthere is no refrigerator in the room.

Overall very nice and clean. Parking a little far from the entrance but otherwise everything was very good.

It was clean

The pool , breakfast was over priced. I had me and my 3 kids under 10 is it cost me over 50 for muffins, fruitloop cereal. They had a waiter who literally did nothing other than tell me where to sit and then bring me my bill. And still asked for a tip . Brutal

No place to get food , no coffee in lobby until 7 am

I like everything. It was perfect staying in perfect place. Quite, calm and secure surroundings, free outside parking, bus station to ship very close. Perfect very kind staff. You should to know you have to have a credit card in your pocket to pay deposit. Room was pretty big, fresh, very clean and modern. You should to take vanity with you, there wasn’t. Also I like possibility to heat room :)

We went for breakfast which would have been over $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids, all they had was cold breakfast; we opted out. Disappointing
