- The location was easy to get to and they had free parking. Their complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

- I wish there was a comfortable chair or sofa rather than only a desk chair.
- Worst comfort inn experience ever, very unprofessional front desk associate on aug 31. Had a terrible experience with the lunch lady she was rude and unprofessional and when we complained management blamed us only.
- Our bathroom tub drained very slow and the tub filled with water while showering.

The location was easy to get to and they had free parking. Their complimentary breakfast was better than expected.
They didn't have an elevator. The staff at the front desk was borderline rude. Very bare minimum in the room - no closet but they did have a rod affixed to the wall with hangers available. We didn't need them for one night.
