Great location, comfortable rooms, nice pool area (when not overrun by children!)

I found that the whole hotel felt overrun by children. They literally are running around everywhere (all hours) up and down halls, pool area etc. I know its a skihill and it was spring break, but an adults only swim time and section of rooms would be nice

The beds were so comfortable and it was great to be near one of the cross country ski trails. Also the restaurant food was delicious!

Overall service and location. They upgraded us up on check in.

Jacuzzi way too small for hotel size.

Good rooms, friendly staff, a restaurant on site and a bank machine plus a small grocery store made the environment enjoyable.

Many things: There is no public transportation. There is no taxi company only a single car and no one answers the phone. Hotel staff called repeatedly and no one answered. Staff gave inaccurate information about being sold out when it wasn't.

This hotel was very clean, with friendly staff and plenty of activities on site (games room, pools, mountain biking, etc) to keep teenagers and adults entertained

Would have been nice if breakfast was included in room rate

I was shown the new and renovated rooms but I was given a really old room.

Ski in/Ski out. Great outdoor hot-tub, games room and kids room. Friendly staff.

Close to the ski resort, amazing pool and recreation area. We liked how they pet friendly, even got treats for our dogs.

Some staff don't know English and it's hard to communicate

Clean, calm, well designed

Room was nice and clean.Acceptance of our dog and well organized around the management of pet acceptance. Information on the booking site would have helped. Cleaning fee was 70 CAD.

General areas were not clean.Breakfast was not very fresh.

Room - those located close to elevator are not good as the sound get into the room. We had to change the room, staff was very helpful and then all was OK. Pool - good but, I don't get, why there is no showers and changing room. Quality of the water was heavily impacted by hygiene habits of users - not good.

Pool water cleanness and missing showers and changing room. Also a bit weird to have in pool area textile couch and armchairs. Cleaning service shall be done hourly. Otherwise nice warm and great outdoor pool.

Like the location….Ski right to chairlift from hotel. Very nice lobby. Lovely, massive fireplace and live music in lobby. Like the large hotel room. Nice, large bathroom vanity. Didn’t like the super bright (no dimmer) lights in bathroom when using in middle of the night. Breakfast was super pricey, over-priced for the selection and quality of food. Coffee was not drinkable.

Everything - clean, convenient, spacious rooms, great staff, decent restaurant, nice game room. Fantastic place - we are definitely going back!!!
