Good location

There was no sound coming from the TV in the bedroom Problem with the cable or receptor ??

The location is perfectly fine for St. Anne church. But the hotel has no elevator n my mother was with me. She's 98th yrs old. Thank God she made it! The room has a smell.

Close to ski resort

YUK. HOT water for 1 short shower/ hour. Staff said it is known issue "not everyone can shower the same day!" Beds/mattresses are ancient, pillows lumpy. Hot tub,pool, r 2 mi. away. WIFI is 25$ extra. Both TV's have to watch the same program to work.

Everything was fine . The best was a close location to skiing with a reasonable price.

It would have been slightly better to have a microwave to reheat some food and save more money . I think some of the other rooms have a lot more features but, this was the cheaper room.

Loved the size of the condos and price seemed decent for what you got, hot tubs were good too but a very cold walk to get to them in the winter

Manger staff was terrible. We had a diabetic alert dog with us - properly documented and trained, a medical necessity. Upon notifying of the dog and providing his documentation was screamed at by the manager the I must pay $50/day for him (7days) or they would kick us out. Informed him of the law and was still yelled at that they required proof “from the government” as to the law, provided the QC government website stating such, was told that wasn’t good enough and they needed to speak to someone. Ended up having to pay for the service dog due to it being a Sunday and clearly not being able to get ahold of anyone to explain this to him. In addition to this there was mold all over the tile grout in the shower, and the bed was basically broken - sloped to the middle aggressively. Will NOT be staying here again.

The chalet was a good size for all 6 of us: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.It's relatively well equipped for what we needed. Overall cleanliness was good. Except around the shower and under furniture.

Bigger and more confortable beds would have been appreciated. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are on the small size (slanted roof cuts some floor space).Chalet is cold, especially ground floor. 2nd floor is a bit more comfortable. Insulation seems to be an issue throughout.Main shower had a bit dirty. Anything under furniture had not been done in a while, it seems.

The heated pools were closed as well as the sauna. A coffee machine in room would be nice.

Signage at the entrance could be improved. I had to stop at another hotel to get direction, after driving past your location twice.

lovely 1 bedroom condo - very comfortable - however the outdoor pool was NOT heated as advertised so was not usable on the beautiful last day of summer - hot tubs were available for use though

answered that above - might add the too early check out time of 10 am - especially when check in is 4 pm

I like the location and the added extra of the waterpark. Loved the fact that there was plates, cups, pans, pots and the added washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Hot tub, pool and sauna well maintained as well

Staff- Monday morning the girl was irritated that I wanted to grab wrist bands at 830am as I was heading out to the city for the bigger portion of my day and wanted to get that part out of the way. ( Perhaps the language barrier was a factor in that).Accomadation- I found clothes under the bed and the brown blanket In the closet was dirty. Thankful for the washer. I did give the unit a good scrub down, and it wasn't a huge deal. To future patrons, bring some light cleaning supplies if your on the picky side. We were going to pull the couch out to watch movies. Was very stained and had mouse poop inside. We cleaned it up and closed it back up. Attractions- Arcade smells very earthy and half the machines are out of order. Not a huge deal Just adding so others are aware. All that being said. I would 10/10 return.

New owners are racist. Also asked me to write my credit card number down after i paid in advance with my cc? Sketchy

The waterpark and pools were great,

The front desk staff were not friendly at all. The air conditioning in our unit wasn't working and it took them 5 days to send some one over to look at it. Seems like it was an inconvenience for them if anything goes wrong. Def make sure to bring your own beach towels for pool and waterpark as they only give you 1 towel per person per stray.

The Aqua park is great! The chalet that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

The chalet was dated. The sheets were dull. There was this weird noise in one of the bedrooms which is probably from a pipe or air vent. The dishwasher was not affixed to the counter top. So it was an art to balance and load it.

Sauna bath was a bit good. Accommodation was a failure in everything, zero internet, zero television.

Location and staff were the high point

Bed was not comfortable and furniture was old

Beds weren’t very comfortable, condo was dirty & lack essentials for a few days stay

The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need to have independent stay. Staff was very nice and supportive. Location was great. We will be back.
