Hampton Inn by Hilton Montreal East Anjou

Nothing because it?s not safe to stay at all

The management are not responsible at all the staff are very rude and unprofessional

My car was stolen directly from the front parking lot and the staff seemed to be in on the car theft activity that seems to plague their Google reviews.

Free parking

Room was old and stinky

We come every year to the Formul 1 Races. Have stayed several times here and had a good experience and somewhat ease to commute from the Hotel to the Race track.

Yes, the fact that Reception Clerk had given our rooms away insisting that we had canceled in February. When it was her that didn¿t know how to locate our Reservations. After numerous talking another employee was able to locate our rooms an hour later

The size of the room and that it had a fridge in the room.

I could not pay for my room using cash or debit card. I expect to have to give a credit card for incidentals.

Location, close to many restaurants, bedroom was clean

No TV remote, no breakfast as the kitchen was closed, no bath mat so I almost slipped in shower, shower drain was clogged so you were standing in deep puddles of water while showering, no control over room temp, staff was not very helpfu

Morning front desk was very rude When asked for cups which were missing from room

The smell inside the room. I had to borrow a disinfectant spray, because when I entered, it smelled like very strong body odors, like someone was there, using the room. The sofa was stained. It was disgusting.

Location

The room smells and breakfast no one checked the room if we needed Lenin to be changed

Location.

Staff were rude and not helpful at all. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcome staying here. Rooms had a funny smell to them. Linens and towels were not properly dried so it smelled like a wet dog in the room. Beds are old and uncomfortable.

Room is confortable, big and clean

no. I enjoyed my stay

Staff insisted I'd booked a smoking room when there's absolutely no way I would have done. This seemed related to their need to put us into a smoking room as the hotel was full (largely with dog owners whose dogs woke us up barking at 6am).

Lots of parking.... Maybe because it isn't very busy!

The whole building smells like cigarette smoke. Linen is not pressed, beds Are very uncomfortable. The whim set up is out dated. Hanging baskets outside are ..."plastic". Lots of cigarette butts by the main door. Room was not cleaned one day.

Staff were very pleasant and were accommodating with the language spoke very good English,Wifi was free but it disconnected very often,Parking was easy and there were lots of bars and resturaunts close by to eat at which were great, mall close by

There were two to three coach parties staying at the hotel and the resturaunt was blocked for them only at breakfast The hotel is very close to the highways so it was very easy to get to where we needed to go but it was very noisy with the traffic 24hrs

The Staff was helpful in finding an alternative room for my father and me. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were convenient and fairly decent, but they were pricey.

The hotel gave us a smoking room with only a single queen-sized bed, when I had requested a non-smoking room with two beds. The hotel was far from the nearest Metro station, and required taxi connections to and fro.

It was extremely clean, and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful.

No. I liked it.

Staff really nice

Noisy because of location (trafic)

Location was great ¿¿¿¿ the night Staff wonderful.

I like everything ¿¿

Dirty hotel, car theft during the stay.

The price.

The hotel is showing its age. When the facilities/equipment/furniture are worn out, they need to be replaced.
