Comfort Inn South Windsor

Our first choice while in Windsor. I love the option of the walk out doors, stafd is always very polite and helpful.

The room we got this time was in rough shape- but we told the staff so hopefully it will be rectified.

The location was easy to find. The lobby and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had hot food options and was well stocked. We would return again in the future.

They did not clean room. I asked for fresh towels they never gave me any. People smoking in next room .

Friendly service and staff as well the room was clean and breakfast was good with a variety to choose. Location for us was good and convient as it was quick to access/exit the Expressway during our visit to Windsor.

It has no elavator. People with luggage will have problem taking luggage through stairs

Close to the bridge and Airport

The Parking was limited and I had to park on the street.

Hotel put us in the wrong room at checkin--two queens instead of 1 king. They corrected the issue when approached.

The proximity of the hotel to restaurants and shops was a plus. The room was spacious and the amenities such as the mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker were nice.

I wish the bed was bigger and a little softer. It was full size, which was enough room for my husband and I. However, a queen size bed would've been more comfortable.

The area set aside for breakfast was in the lobby and quite small.

Breakfast bar, coffee and water 24 hours a day and fresh apples. Great staff. Comfy bed.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room and nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. The location was central and easy to travel to and from.

My sheet had a stain. I tried to contact the front desk several times but the line was busy. I then went out in the hall, where housekeeping had left a cart, and pulled a sheet off the cart. Otherwise, the room was good.

THis was my second stay at this hotel was there in 2014 .Excellent staff,breakfast,room courtesy .Superb,would recommend this to anyone traveling to windsor.Staff polite,rooms are clean,linens ,towels change daily.

Beds were comfy. Needs a few more inches room between bed and wardrobe and bed and dresser.

Convenient location, room was small but clean. Hotel offers 24 hour coffee, comfortable beds and quiet sleeping.

room was upgraded, but heat/ac was not. Difficult to control climate in room.
