Free parking, bed was comfortable.

First non-smoking room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke. Second room better but still smelled of smoke. Could not sleep due to unruly, drunken crowd up until 3:00 am screaming outside the rooms. This is NOT a 2-star MOTEL, I would give it one star

Desk personnel were courteous and helpful. They made a positive referral to a local restaurant that saved us time, effort and travel.

The hotel building itself is quite old and is in need (and in fact may be in the process) of a significant upgrade to the facility.

The woman at front desk who checked us in on August 6 afternoon was super efficient, friendly and helpful.

Motel was outdated, needs a face lift and more thorough cleaning. Bedding and towels generally clean, but there are dead bugs behind the door, etc.

Great Staff

Bathtub could only be used as a shower since there was no faucet or plug.

For an old motel the room was in pretty good shape. It was clean. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, it was a close drive to downtown, approx. 15 mins.

The only thing I did not like was that you have to pay for extra blankets, sheets and pillows for the pull-out sofa bed. I thought that was pretty sad.

Location

Reserved a room with 2 dbL beds was given a room 1 dbL bed. Why reserve if it is switched by staff. Was overcharged not charged on line rate.

It was older and they had updated it and it was clean.

Name is misleading. I thought it was the national chain Sleep Inn which I have stayed in before and enjoyed my stays. In a neighborhood that was on the decline.Alot of skatchy young people at the motel and in the area.

Soon as we pulled up there was very sketchy looking people out on their balconies, was dirty and very run down . We didn't stay in the room we booked another room and were told it was a 107 .00 cancelation fee. The pictures of the rooms on their website are not at all what the rooms look like , they are very dirty and smell . I opened the door and did not go any further. We did find out that the city houses their homeless their which is great and I'm all for that, but then keep that motel strictly for that and don't false advertise what your motel actually looks like . Absolutely horrible and I didn't even get a refund at all . If you are traveling or have children do not book this hotel

I dint like anything I booked my room and was reaching by 10.09 pm but there was no one in the office and they put a tag there that you can call at this number after 10 pm. I have no count that how many million times I called them all night and there was no response !!!!!!This fu&&@kng hotel is not responsible for anything

- The room smells bad.- The sheets had stains- the room had cockroaches- the window does not close, you are afraid to sleep-the bed and mattress were broken- In the toilet the faucet is leaking,and more more moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the place is not safe to stay. this facility should be pull out from the options. very different from what is on the post and not updated.

Horror!!

Horror!! Unless you like disease and vermin, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!As the other reviews unfortunately mention, the Motel is dirty and neglected. Our room had not been cleaned, we found used tissues in the beds and soaps in the shower, not to mention the blankets..strewn with burn holes from who knows what..We called the owners to show them the condition of the room and get them to at least change the sheets, and they acted the scene of astonishment and disapproval, pointing the finger at the cleaning service.Below the room was a gathering of junkies and unsavoury people.In the end, we left because we preferred to sleep in the car rather than catch some disease or bedbugs!!

They take 150 deposit of cash on your room before u get the key. No bulb in the lamp. Dresser is missing a drawer. Pictu

Scary. Was told to keep my door locked at all times. Room was hot and paint peeling off the walls.

Clean small room, but good enough for one person or couple.Staff is glad to help.

bath room door can not be closed fully.needs to be fixed

The cleaning staff was exceptional. Actually put my own toiletries back in my pack. Cleaned the floor of the dirty snow I tracked in. The staff noticed I had unplugged the microwave to use the outlet, and the next day put in a power strip.

I stayed during a Canadian February. The room needed a bigger mat for wet boots/shoes, although the cleaning staff cleaned the slush that I tracked. It was a bit cold in the room. Laundromat did not have soap in its dispensary - lost my dollar.
