Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note the credit card used for booking must be presented at the time of check-in. Important information for guests with nonrefundable reservations: All room nights booked will be charged to the credit card provided. The guest occupying the room and the credit card securing the reservation must be in the same name. The credit card used to book the room and an additional piece of photo identification will be required upon arrival. No refunds will be credited for any changes or cancelations. You'll be asked to pay a CAD 25 facility fee per room, per night at the property. The facility fee includes high-speed internet access for an unlimited number of devices, newspapers, local and toll-free phone calls, and mini bar items such as pop, water, and snacks (except alcoholic beverages)
