- The location is close me.have had good experiences until this one
- Requested a cancellation due to the unprofessionalism of the general manager. He was screaming at staff with the door open of his office located at check in. Still have not received a response on the refund that was agreed on.
- The housekeeping staff was truly generous to update us with any needs we had, during our stay.

- Requested a cancellation due to the behavior and unprofessionalism of the general manager upon check-in. He was screaming at staff at check-in, his office is located at the check-in counter and his door was open as we checked-in and made it displeasant.
- It was interesting experience, where I had to pay the full amount at check-in time. Usually all places I have stayed or travelled to, mostly charge at check-out time. It was quite confusing but manageable experience.
- The smoke smell within the hotel was unbearable.
