Pros +
- The lady at the front desk was exceptional in her demeanor and service.
- Friendly, helpful staff. There was a mixup wherein only 1 room was reserved rather than the 2 I ordered & they gave us an upgraded room at no additional cost, as it was the only room left. Great location central to everything & comfy bed! Clean hotel.
- There was nothing to like about this Hotel
Cons -
- There was a group partying above us and it was very loud. The room is very dated and was not very clean in the bathroom. A dead bug or two.
- No..would stay there again.
- Everything was old, parts were not working, with the elevator to floor 3 than with the stairs down to your room. no coffee m/c on the room.
