Rodeway Inn Festival

The directions to get to the room. There is not enough light at night in the back area of the hotel. Made it difficult to find the right entrance.

Bar fridge. Unlike the mini ones at Fallsview which are never cold, just cool.Also it has a freezer to keep our ice packs frozen (although it does need to be defrosted. Ice packs barely fit.)

There were so many little things wrong with the room/facility. (The sink didn’t drain, the hallways were hot, the pool needed cleaning, had to call someone to fix the phone and the air conditioning, the fitness room had no AC and had only two treadmills)

The staff is very kind.

Even thought rooms do look outdated, there are fine for one night stay. Heating was a huge issue. I expected similar to Holiday Inn or Super 8 or Microtel but they are more in line with down the road motel kind of hotel.

The pool was beautiful! The staff was very friendly.

When we got to our room it was FREEZING! I wanted to have a shower but had to wait a couple hours for room to warm up. and even then I had to turn the hair dryer on in the bathroom!

This hotel is rundown and neglected. Beds and sheets were good. Spent time to sleep there, but no desire to be there beyond that.

Bed was comfortable.

Old .Carpet grungie. Marks in the walls. No place to plug microwave in on table. Had to put on floor at other end of room to plug in. Pillow cases looked old stained. When we called front desk no one was there. We came back in night manager got clean cas

A large hotel with many rooms. Room was tastefully decorated. Ample parking. Large pool.

Grounds were a mess with dog poop bags, bags of soil, and a derelict BBQ outside building's doors. Restaurant was closed so no food available onsite. Complimentary coffee in the lobby tasted like dishwater. Hot tub had been removed; sauna unavailable.

Large room and the staff was very accommodating! They provided a rollaway bed and the room was plenty large enough for it to fit without crowding anything.

No breakfast; would have been nice if the provided even a light continental breakfast.

Friendly staff.

Breakfast options were lacking and room was very loud (clanging and knocking and other structure related noise). Sauna was broken. Pool area looks like it could is a refresh altogether.

Water from faucet had strange smell, probably should be investigated

No extra blankets in room.

Apparently a queen size bed is actually a double, not sure how.

Old fashioned classic and amazingly beautiful. Super clean!
