I like the location, the price is fair, the rooms are always clean

The mattresses are horrible, I always have back pain sleeping on them. There is little to no sound-proofing, you can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes the room across the hall. The TV could be a bit bigger.

It was very close to the highway and easy to find. There was a terrible snow storm the day we checked in. They allowed us to check in early due to the weather

We stayed three nights. We were disappointed that the room did not get made up daily and fresh towels were not provided. The towels are very small.

It was close to everything! Despite being completely booked, it was so quiet. Even within the room, you could not hear the room mate taking a shower. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Paying less than other guests, and only staying one night.

Fridge not working, freezer door missing and controls broken. Management did not move us to another room or try to repair.

Location was convenient

Cleanliness was poor and no recompense was offered just was giving a run around so they could avoid making things right

The room was big and nice had a nice size fridge and microwave. The bed was also huge and the price was cheap

Close to the event I was going to.

When we arrived the tempurature was 3 degrees in January. The room took a while to warm up and heater was very loud all night. There was also no hot water, just luke warm. The bed was also uncomfortable. Overall not a good stay.

The price.

Coffee was bad, not very clean room, garbage beside beds.

Shower did not drain. No sheets or blankets for pull out. The coach was clearly dusty and the floors stained

-It was right beside highway, and easy to find.

- It smelt like smoke in the room, and very musty. The shampoo bottle was half empty which leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned properly the room. There was several stains on the sheets, and overall just a very poor presentation 1 Star max...

The location is near QEW and Fairview mall in St Catherine, which is convenient.

The hotel layout is bad and old fashioned. There're no elevator for 2/F rooms, you need to carry all your luggage and walk up on stairs, which is quite disappointment to me.

My Room was not clean. There was clothing in the washroom from the previous guest, there was a used soap bar in the shower, beds were sloppy, and hair on bathroom floor. I left a message for the manager to call me the next day and he never did.

Front desk staff were excellent.

Housekeeping was a bit abrupt. The hotel can be a bit noisy as well if you are on the parking lot side. Overall fine.

Quiet location right off the QEW. Great Italian restaurant a short walk away

Room was clean, nice bathroom.

Our room had a Kingsize bed, but we did prefer two separate beds, they said they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available.
