Canadas Best Value Inn St. Catharines

Clean

Hard to find the entrance. The area behind the nightstand where all the wall plug were located was absolutely filthy. Smoking area was not sheltered so we had to stand out in the rain.

It was near St Catharines downtown, where I needed to go on this trip. The clerk at check in was friendly.

The linen didn't seem clean, some hair found. The towels weren't clean. The shower curtain was stained and barely hanging on the rod. It was late when I checked in, I was staying for one night, I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms at this point.

The clerk was very friendly and polite, clean room , internet and parking free , I recommend this hotel and will reuse in future

All good , they work hard to rehab the place

Location, price & amenities

Could use a bit of TLC in a few places, and complete pool repairs asap.

Room was clean.

Bed uncomfortable. No place to hang coat or clothes. My driver's license was left at front desk and staff did not let me know. Had to get a relative to pick it up and mail it to me.

That it had a microwave and fridge, and the rooms newly renovated

Room was actually clean for 2 star dated motel. Would stay again based on my room. Property was clean. Easy access to QEW.

There was nothing to like about the hotel. It was wrongly advertised as a 2 star hotel. A one star is appropriate

Everything about my stay there. It was very noisy, very close to the highway, other folks were noisy.

Nothing,it was a complete disappointment as we end up sleeping on the floor as the qyality of the beds was extremely poor and we couldn't close the door we end calling the staff in the middle of the nightto help closing the door.that was real rip off .

We didn't like anything on that hotel ,paying ---a night and sleeping on the floor was a complete disaster.the phone was not working only bareinimum channels were working ,the water on the shower get quickly coldd

Everything was awful

Staff lady was so rude Rooms were very very dirty , towels and sheets was dirty that we bought sheets and towels to used Motel was not worth the price I never ever recommend that motel to any one It was disgusting

Great value. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. Staff was very kind and flexible with check out. Free parking!! Close to restaurant, gas station & major highway. Mall with grocery store & liquor store a short drive away. A

There was only 1 channel on the TV. If you bring your laptop & an HDMI cord that should solve the problem. The A/C was also very loud but that was by no means a deal breaker.

Stayed a night at St Catherine¿s location Canadas best value inn and never got my deposit back. Nor has the hotel got back to me. Room was paid in full and deposit was by debit card. Upon check out the man told me it was refunded, it was not

Great location. Good bed.

Door difficult to open.

clean, quiet, friendly staff ... good rate for room

no bathtub ... tv channels offered sucked and no coffee pot or kettle for morning coffee

Clean friendly staff location was perfect .. Quiet

Clean quiet . Staff is so friendly. It feels so cozy like home ...

It was very clean, the office staff were very helpful, the room was a good size.

The marking to. Get on the property We’re not that clear as they are on a busy corner.

The location

Old and dirty. Had to wait to check out as no one at front desk for a good fifteen minutes. To expensive for what it is, especially when I realized your site is American dollars. It doesn’t tell you until you’ Already booked the room.

Large room, newly refurbished, immaculate microwave & fridge. Excellent price. Great check in and checkout service.

Bath tub should be replaced - takes away from overall impression of outstanding

I'have been here before. Its good for the value.

Fire alarm went on and off in the middle of the night. Heat was off and room was cold at check in. If they have the room rented they should go in before check in and turn the heat on low for when there guests arrive. Tv wouldn’t change channels.
