No hot water available for the shower. Dated furniture and decors.

Its a very nice motel . The staff was awsome .My arrival time was 1:30 am to 2:00 am ..and they had staff on duty and they were really nice to check us in at that time .They also made a note for my check in time.Thankyou to all the staff !!

we left after 20 minutes of finding out the hotel roof looks like its caving in, the room doors dont open and deadbolts are broken on room doors. hotel refused to provide us an invoice when we left 20 minutes after checking in- awful experience.

The room size is nice. The balcony view is beautiful. Coffee Station looks good separately. Overall I like the room size. It also fit a small size table and 2 chairs. The breakfast was good.

One thing I don't like that there's no exaust fan in the washroom. The other thing is that we stayed 2 nights but nobody came to change the garbage and fill up the things.The room carpet was not clean.

It had a room available on short notice

There was no plug in the bathrub which would have been an issue had I not seen that there was hair in the tub. Totally gross!

Staff was friendly. Easy access to bar next door.

The balconies covered in pigeon poop. Very outdated room decor. Mold in bath under soap holder. Doors to room difficult to close and key kept needing to be replaced. Very sketchy back entrance parking lot.so little effort made to make this a nice place...

The room and the hallway smells like cigarettes smoke, the room was dark and the service was poor.

The bed was confortable.

The night staff was amazing! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I loved that I could bring my dog! The pillows were amazing we even had extra in the closet! The satellite tv was nice as well, took us back in time. The offer free breakfast.

The morning staff was very rude! The towels were small and only 2 sets. Shampoo and conditioner were very small had to use the whole bottle for my hair, so my husband didn¿t get any! Need more blankets! I¿m a blanket hog and I struggled with o

The location was prefect for us. Staff were accommodating. The pub downstairs was great.

It was gorgeous by the water for some fishing right outside the hotel.

Staff was lazy. Especially this one guy sitting on a chair watching videos. Room felt old and yukky.

Dirty old and very expensive compared to other options that were much cleaner and more modern. Took 20 minutes to check in because keys were not working for entire floor.

Great View, Nice Staff, Nice Location.

Besides the obvious updates this hotel needs, the room was not clean. Cobwebs, carpets not vacuumed and the room needed a good dusting/overall cleaning. There are not many hotel options in Smith Falls, maybe a B&B would be better.

The hotel was run-down, my room and the hall outside had a strong smell of cigarette smoke both fresh and stale. The room had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned and the ventilation/air conditioning did not seem to work.
