The office folk were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great with the hostess very friendly. No extra fees were charged.

We were not told there was no elevator. My husband is 83, and has Parkinson's, so an elevator would have been helpful. but we managed

i am quite concerned that I had to put down a $100.00 damage deposit on my credit card when I arrived. it is still pending on my bank statement, even though I was assured it wouldn't come out of my account if everything was in good condition.

The breakfast was really good. It was quite over all. Spacious parking. Very friendly staff.

The tub felt like it was on an angle. Could not get the room cool.

rugs in room and hallway should be cleaned, staff did not want to be seen or answer the phone.

It was an awesome stay, and the staff (lady) gave me the best room to accommodate my broken arm, and hospital visits. The cleaning staff were so good, and helped me with my requests. I love the accommodations, and will return soon.

Room was a bit 'dingy' and there was a random plastic fork in the bathroom. Otherwise it was an overall good experience!

It met exactly the standards i expected for the price. No breakfast really with covid. A great idea by hotel owners was availability of bbq’s to cook. grocery store next to hotel was another added bonus. staff allowed late check out with no added $.

We booked a room with a king bed this hotel does NOT have any king beds only queen and doubles advertising a king bed as an option is false advertising!!!!

The breakfast was very good. Two kinds of waffles. Two kinds of eggs. Everything fresh plus good quality fresh fruit.

Usually when one sleeps on a couch it is for free. When our two person room came with one bed and a pullout couch I drew the straw for the couch. The breakfast room can only fit three tiny tables with barely enough room to work in. There's more...

We liked everything about the hotel--clean, friendly. Staff all excellent. Great breakfast included. Handy to everything. Parked right outside our door. Would definitely stay again.

Close to family and staff friendly. Hotel employee checked my in and all went very well. Enjoyed the breakfast and person there on Sunday morning was very helpful and friendly as well. Will stay there on next trip to Simcoe. It made the weekend a happy time

The room was a little small for us, specially the double bed as we were 4 people. We did request for a two queen room but could not get one. The breakfast room was also cramped . Too little space to accomodate so many guests having breakfast there.
