Pros +
- The restaurant was excellent, the best part of the stay. The Spa was very good. We enjoyed a massage, the barrel sauna and the hot tub. We booked with Booking.com and the fact that we had a pet with us did not reach the resort. They were quite accommodating and we were very lucky to be able to get a pet friendly room.
- The dinner in the Lighthouse restaurant was lovely, staff very friendly.Breakfast was great.
- Welcoming Staff, thanks to Chef as well for arranging Halal Food for us in Breakfast.
Cons -
- The WiFi in our room first did not work at all and the next day it worked sporadically and was very slow. The WiFi in the main building was working well. The room we had was very clean, but is a bit outdated.
- We had booked a water view room/suite but ended up with a suite that overlooked the parking lot. Our tv remote only worked if you stood in the kitchette and aimed it at the fridge. Inconvenient.
- No Buffet in breakfast

Great scenery, pool/hot tub. Firepits were a great touch and tranquility achieved. Staff were amazing and so helpful
Food portions at lighthouse restaurant should reflect cost. Ie, paella. Small amount for a really pricey dish. Room could also use some upgrades to more modernization. Floor
Lovely setting and location. Was treated to arrive in our room to flowers, sparking wine and bon bons for my birthday.
The exterior of the building needs some TLC, especially the balconies. They are tired, in need of paint and somewhat dirty. One would expect a bit more from the most expensive rooms in the resort!! Also, the large window (below tower) facing the lake is completely covered in bugs, and a lot of them! We have stayed in all accommodations on this resort and this was also our experience the last time. The exterior of the the loft rooms on the water are in desperate need of painting. The Cape Code shingles are all faded and worn looking and do not represent the look that Rawley is expected to have,Also, the dining room staff still seem to be struggling with their service. While all staff are friendly and warm, they certainly do need to step up their game, especially given the fine dining prices.,
The restaurant was updated it had a relaxing inviting feeling with calming colours , cozy lake house decor with gorgeous breathtaking lakeside viewsThe food was wonderful ,staff were very welcoming and attentive.Conveniently located boat launch and slips
Our room was not a comfy warm lakeside feeling like the main entrance , restaurant and rest of building and property It was a cold dark and dated feeling Our bathroom light fixture flashed on and off for three daysThe main shower head fixture did not release water The handle to turn it on was broken off , only the hand held fixture was working The loungers on the balcony were very dirtyThe Kleenex box supplied had only a few tissues inside it
It was very quiet, with mind-blowing views and the room was spotless.
Beautiful scenery, pet friendly, very clean room, quality breakfast, friendly staff, good location, good value. Absolutely will be back again.
Very good, disappointed that they charge extra for orange juice
Because it rained for two days we were forsed to stay indoors and the tvs most of the time didn’t work. There is no entertainment at all, the piano bar is only on weekends
the rooms were great, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was lovely! We felt super comfortable throughout our stay and enjoyed time lounging by the pool and hot tub. There's a nice grill with a lakeview and cute cafe a very short walking distance from the hotel.
there is no way to access the lake unless you have a boat. We thought there might be canoes/kayaks for use but there isn't and there's no option for swimming in the lake. There also aren't many nice beaches nearby.
The property was well kept and small making it easy to find your activities. Meals were delicious with very personable servers. Our room was clean with all expected amenities.
The pool was not heated !!
The most comfortable beds and as a family our son could stay on the big comfortable sofa bed downstairs. Amazing
The staff were kind and helpful but there weren’t enough of them at breakfast there was only one young woman coping with 15 tables and in the evening two young men serving 20 tables.
Beautiful setting,on the water. Room had a separate sitting area. Good breakfast included.
Thin tissue, poor lighting in bathroom, old, low toilets, expensive.
Rawley is a gem of a property. The location is right on a marina with lake views. There are different types of accommodations from hotel style rooms to cottages. The spa was beautiful with an outdoor hot tub and pool. Spa services are available to book as well.
Not all rooms have a balcony.
It was quite. Very clean. Staff was very polite. Will visit again.
Very clean
We had a great weekend at this lake resort! The room was basically a two-story townhouse, super spacious, very clean, and felt brand new. They even brought us a rollaway bed at no extra charge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The shower and amenities were excellent, and the view from the porch and the balcony right on the lake, was absolutely stunning and so peaceful.Breakfast at the Lighthouse Restaurant was a highlight. Amazing food and beautiful views from the lighthouse itself. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We really felt taken care of from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere and an awesome spot to enjoy nature and really feel the Canadian spirit. Very good breakfast.
Check-in was not very warm or informative, but things went smoothly once we asked questiions.
Great restaurant. Exceptional service. We also loved the location at the lake and next to the marina, where we have rented a boat.
Our room had an outdated AC, that was cooling only the dining room so it was too hot in the bedrooms.
