The pool was great for the kids.

The customer service at the front desk was NONEXISTENT! They moved us to two different rooms in our two day stay. The second room didnt have enough beds for us so paid extra for a cot. $25 for the cot and they couldn't provide us with ANY bedding!

I like the friendly Front Desk staff They were very welcoming also the staff in the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and the buffet selection was very good and nice quality food it certainly was worth the money

The elevators is that times we are very slow

Given the area is not downtown and the room is premium cost, parking should be free.

We have stayed here several times over the winter for our daughters hockey games. We have had 2 rooms that have had black mould in the shower. Concerning.

Excellent location east side of Toronto next to 401, very comfortable and clean room. Nice HD TV with ability to connect to my own Netflix account made my stay even more enjoyable.

Parking garage is off to the side with no elevator access which means you have to either drop off your luggage at check-in or carry up the stairs from parking garage to hotel.

Great location and access. Indoor pool.

Discontinued free coffee in the morning

Staff was generally pretty good. They tried to make up for my poor experience with a small credit for parking.

The room was not well cleaned (dental floss on the floor, hair in bathtub), lamp knocked over, drawers left open, no regular coffee for the coffee maker to name a few.

The location is good and it has a big swimming pool.

The mattress was bad and they changed the other room for us. When I checked out, they told me I had order some drinks for room service, but I didn't. They showed me the bill, but it was not my signature, and I showed them my signature.

The hotel staff was rude, a lady entered the room and was cleaning prior to checkout because she goes home early.

Good location and clean room.

Housekeeping staff was forgetful. Would clean room appropriately but would forget to replace towels, glasses, complementary water bottles and shampoo/conditioner. Had to call front desk to get replaced.

Ambiance and location

Parking was horrible. An additional 12$/day was charged and had to climb fleets of steps to reach lobby. It was free to park for two days for the public and people who stayed in the hotel had to pay.

Great value for family. We loved the water park for adult swim with nice hot tub. Breakfast buffet had extensive selection expensive so come hungery

Daughter says breakfast was not amazing.

Tv this generation technology going up so tv is very old the have to change smart tv and gym very old things have to change New things

We chose the hotel over another one for the children's pool. Unfortunately, it was VERY cold for young children.

Great water pressure, delicious breakfast buffet (complimentary for those with status) and friendly staff, pool looked fun, beds were firm and very comfy

All hotels tend to be on the dry side.
