Very nice staff and is located very close to where I needed to be. Room was very nice and the breakfast was great

Clean, good pillows and nice breakfast.

The hotel was advertised as having a Casio, fitnesses center, pool and restaurant. It didn’t have any of those. We mainly booked it for the pool that wast there.

Free breakfast, free parking, free internet, sweet housekeeper, and mostly friendly staff.

Fitness center was small, dirty, and little equipment. No pool. One of the managers was little rude and abrupt not too helpful

The last time I was there, we had ground floor and all was good. This time in lower/basement floor, it smelled, the bathroom floor was wet with sweaty pipes...

The room was in the basement! Poor air quality. Smells of cigarette smoke. Gross carpets. Dated.

not access ramp for people with reduced mobility very dirty no microwave in the room and the one in place very dusty i was very disappointed for the price paid and the stars given to it.

Room not cleaned properly: no new towels, soap, shampoo. Old ones just left there

The hotel itself is out dated. Needs to be updated. I'have stayed here multiple times and some of the beds need to be replaced as well. Customer service needs work. Even the managers wont make any accommodations or exceptions without having to pull tee

I loved the bed (King Size), it was very comfortable. The bathtub/shower was amazing too.

I didnt really like that we were in the basement floor of the hotel just because I seen two bugs in my room, that was of course not pleasant.

Problem with date on reservation. Hotel made no attempt to remedy situation other than to charge a premium for another room.

what a design of floor arrangement. I am in 1st Floor, feel like in basement floor. the room in face of mine is doing some lecture.

Room did not get cleaned on 2nd day because housekeeping misinterpreted my request to come 2 hours later and hung the Do Not Disturb sign on my door.

The environment was welcoming and quiet. Staff from the time off check in to check out was extremely professional, courteous, polite and patient. Special mention must be made of April at the front desk. I will definitely be using services soon.

Only down side wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Otherwise, everything else was great.

My hubcaps got stolen off my car overnight! Realized it must me a shady area when I noticed a list of safety tips on a card in the room...

Needs some updating.

A room with a king size bed should have a loveseat, not a single chair with ottoman, so that a couple can sit together! not enough dining tables near the breakfast buffet; had to walk upstairs to another area and the elevator wasn't working.

It was close to the highway. Easy to find

The front counter staff in the evening period don't have gold communication skills.

Staff , paid ---$ for 7 rooms for 7 couples with kids , we got quen bed room ask for double bed , they refused completely even they refuse to give us extra blanket, pillows, etc

Availability of breakfast regaring the amount. But unfortunately; quality is not so good .

Yes; when I join the hotel WiFi on my cell phone devices automatically my device is hacked. And when I asked for investigation by desktop peoples ; they were not clear wit themself. Really; I got upset because this happened to me for first time in this.

Great location,friendly staff,clean.Great breakfast,the rooms are large and beds are comfortable.Nice LG TV.

TV listing is not great. Get ESPN and free HBO. More things to watch if the weather is bad outdoors.
