- Great place ... nice staff
- Pleasant staff and it is obvious they are making headway in restoring the facility
- The staff was great.
Cons -
- Dirty, no trash cans, no coffee, had to call a number to have someone come to the office
- Some long term guests evidently, above and beside, blasting music until 2 a.m.. Cigarette burns on the carpet, the bathroom counter and the blankets. There's other places in the city I'm the same price range that are well worth the $$.
- Room was not properly maintain, dusty and dirty. Hot and cold water temperature is not well balanced. Toilet easily clogged. As a senior guest, the reception did not do the proper processing of payment before handing the key They need to call me again
