A beautiful large suite room! Wasnt expecting the large space ot the room, it was amazing

It was a little tricky to figure out the thermostat as there were two one in each room. Seemed like it was either to cold or too hot

I like the location, the pool and sauna, also the free Breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was the best.

We loved the pool and sauna. The cleaning staff were the most pleasant with us and helpful. The on-site laundry services were affordable and available when we needed it.

I stayed with my children and cousin.My cousin was denied access to the lobby washroom and treated like she was not a guest by the front desk staff. This breakfast was the same eggs and sausages daily, no dairy or gluten free options and overpriced.

The Brealfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.

Getting around the hotel was inconvenient, although there were signs to guide people. Our room was very dusty & I felt the room arrangement inconvenient.

Although well-maintained, it appeared to be an older building in need of ongoing maintenance. Elevators can be a little tricky/far so we just carried our luggage up the stairs.

Front desk/management was extremely helpful and went out of their way to give us a storage space for our kayaks because they feared they could be stolen from our trailer.

If I had a choice I would not want a room connecting to the pool. It was very loud. However we were gone most of the day and the pool closed at 10pm so it did not really affect our stay

The location was not in a great area, but the room was very nice and clean

I stayed in this hotel two times and was not disappointed. It's now my go-to place when I travel through Sault St. Mary and stay overnight. The location is perfect, the price is unbeatable, the staff is fantastic, and the free breakfast is top-notch.

The TV in the room is not smart so almost useless, but not a big deal.

Only thing needed was a few plates and forks in suites as have microwave and sink and cupboards but nothing in cupboards

Tired of staying at the Watertower Hotel across the street, we gave this hotel a try. What a beautiful, well maintained hotel that doesn¿t make you feel like you¿re living in the 80¿s. Beautiful pool (that isn¿t a community pool like it¿s neighbour

Best in the block. Went to grab breakfast , greeted staff( 2 ladies) they ignored me and gossiped while I grabbed coffee an croissant. Narrow shower. But clean and best hotel in the area.

Unfriendly staff. I have booked there before on at least 3 other locations . A lady hotel employee is always very nice.

The bed was very comfortable and there was good coffee in the room

The shower was old and the picture on line looked better than in person ...The receptionist said that the hotel was updated but my room seemed rundown I would give Give it a 6 out of 10

Very clean and all the staff, including front desk, maintenance and other members are very friendly - go out of their way to make you feel welcome- other hotels could train their employees here ! We stayed here last March and will definitely return

The sauna and hot tub was closed - possibly due to covid restrictions

The room was clean and location was convenient.

Our booking was breakfast included, while the hotel cancelled it due to COVID. The situation could have been handled more properly.
