Hotel is relatively new and clean. Easy to get to from the highway. Room was a god size and bed was confortable.

The bed sheet/comforter combo was strange. I kept getting tangled up in it. The shower floor was very slippery.And more healthy breakfast items like plain yogourt and more fruit were have been preferred.

location is awesome.. breakfast was ok. would be better if there was a bit more variety.

it would be great if there was a coupe of bottles of water in the room

Beautiful rooms

Pool and spa was very small. Hockey team was in there so we couldn’t access it at all.. it was our main reason for coming as it’s Valentine’s Day weekend

Location , breakfast and friendly staff

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were so friendly. Hotel room was very nice and very clean.

Location was fantastic

Not really any issues. A lot of salt on the floor due to winter conditions in the evening but I saw staff cleaning the floors in the morning so it was just a matter of the winter conditions being extreme.

Its a new hotel, very clean. No charge for parking, free breakfast was excellent.

There was a bathroom adjacent to the pool but no change rooms. I would recommend bringing a robe and flip flops

Rooms were very clean, bathroom felt luxurious, our kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and continental breakfast. Concierge offered us hot chocolate (when telling us about complimentary coffee/ tea) which was a really cute touch.

Minor things: waffle batter was bland, juice was too diluted

No restaurant

The breakfast was good but the staff was better. Very friendly gentleman and good conversation. Kate at the reception desk was also exceptional. She was fun to talk to and gave good advice and directions.

Clean room, king size bed was comfy , room was very spacious, and has nice light blocking window blinds . Bathroom and shower was clean and spacious. Clean towels. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

There is no door for the bathroom that we can lock. It’s just a sliding door.

The continental breakfast was superb. The attendant made a point in visiting our table, wishing us a Merry Christmas and inquired about our breakfast. Very friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Could hear traffic and airplanes early in the morning.

Very clean and quiet

The heating system needs clearer instructions for how it works, it blew out heat then when it cut out, it blew out cool air instead of heat, so we just shut it off

Breakfast was good.

Could have had hot choc, fruits and some candy in the room.
