- Upon entering the room there’s a foul smell coming from the washroom. The plastic disposable cup leaked causing me to have to clean up the mess when I should have been relaxing. Thirdly, the breakfast ends at 9 vs 10 at the hotel where I usually stay at.
- Poor internet connection No elevator in hotel for luggage or people with disabilities No smart TV Rooms are not cleaned daily but every 3 days Bed sheets are changed once in 4 days! No swimming pool as advertised
