- I wasn't provided with the right information. We didn't even spend the night in hotel but we were still charged for the night. When we tried to sort things out with the manager he was so rude with us.
- I've beeen transfered to the Hilton and the Oaks hotel didin't asked to me if i want to go there, so i didin't stay at the Oaks. I choosen the Oaks for the view over the falls and i didint had the same view from the Hilton. I drove 7 hours for this view
- Unfortunately we were called the day before our trip and told the hotel had plumbing issues. They made a new reservation for the same price at The Hilton nearby. It was nice they took care of it for us and we weren't charged any more.
Cons -
- After all this we didn't even spend a minute in this hotel on top had to book another hotel and spend more money.
- The location.the hilton is more far of the falls and the view is hidded by trees and the Casino. im very disapointed the OAKS says that's an upgrade. it was a big downgrade for me for the view I paid the same price but loosing the view i wanted very much.
- They sent us to The Hilton nearby and it was awful, but it wasn't the fault of Delta.
