Just 15 minutes' walk from the Falls and scenic parkway, this multi-leveled motel features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. Tastefully decorated, all the rooms feature free WiFi and a TV. Each guest room comes with a mini fridge, coffee maker and a seating area with 2 chairs. Fitted with carpeted flooring, the guest rooms enjoy a private bathroom. Some include a heart-shaped spa bath or an electric fireplace. Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, as well as the casinos and other Clifton Hill attractions, are just 12 minutes' walk away from Kings Inn Near the Falls. - Owner was kind and extremely helpful with local advice on places to go or not.?.. Pool was exceptionally clean, refreshing and welcoming
- Bus stop right in front of the motel
- Beds were good.
Cons -
- There was a non advised pre-authorized deposit of 200 that I was charged 2 days prior to the day of the reservation and it's been two day's since I left and I still don't have my money back
- Pool was too cold. The maintenance is keep to the minimum. It?s like going in a motel is the 60? Noting seams to have changed. AC was way too loud. Our room stinks when we arrived (too much humidity with the carpet).
- Dirty towel was left on bathroom door when we arrived. AC was not on so room was hot when we arrived. There was a water bottle from previous guest left in freezer. No elevator and we were on third (top) floor.
