Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ottawa West

The room was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous!!

I wondered when the bathroom floor had been washed last. There were what looked liked blood spots on the floor which I wiped up with a wet toilet paper and it came out very Grey. I don't think the floor was clean.

Very clean. Good breakfast.

Only one staff member processing check-ins. Desk chair was very uncomfortable.

Location was ok, the structure from a distance looked good, the lobby eating area was spacious, room was a good size so was the washroom,

People are allowed to smoke too close to the doors, elevator smelled, shower shelve was coming off, one night we did not have hot water, on one occasion the staff entered our room, and was told they can every second day (not good) (no emergency)

The rooms were spacious and clean. Showers were outstanding

Leaving

Food for breakfast hair in the sink of the bathroom and bed

The beds were double and not queen sized. The sofa bed, which was required was extremely uncomfortable (unsleepable). We requested a cot, which was not much better and they wanted to charge us for it.

Good verify in breakfast including eggs: sausages, potatoes, toast, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, fruits. Hotel was clean, there are 2 EV chargers. Self parking is free. Located at highway exists, Costco and lots of places to eat across from the hotel.

The physical room itself. Fuck

The staff are horrible terrible people you should definitely make sure that gets fixed. I had a horrible interaction signing in the hotel was incredible impolite disrespectful. Cause the scene unnecessarily the staff are just despicable. Manager too

Pool was great, room was excellent

Front desk didn't answer the phone during the evening.

Breakfast .?.staff and room cleanliness

Had asked for quiet room upper floor young teen baseball team staying on Lowe floors but running hallways and disturbing others no security to respond to Saturday night issues only one staff on desk that could not leave post to address issues.?.

Very clean. Excellent location.

Breakfast was disappointing. Be forewarned that this hotel books out a first floor space for wedding receptions, conferences, etc. and it can get quite loud. It was relatively quiet in the rooms, but made the lobby uncomfortable.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great!

Clean. Comfortable. Great staff

I did not like the fact that housekeeping did not make over our room despite the fact we stayed Three nights. Very disappointing

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice large rooms, very quiet Comfy beds. Close to amenities and right off the highway

New, clean, bright and friendly staff

The location was great for getting in and out of downtown Ottawa. There is shopping nearby. Great breakfast selections. Staff was really pleasant and helpful.

location clean and new building

I was very impressed with this hotel overall. I booked it based primarily on its cleanliness and it didn't disappoint. The room itself was great.

The only thing I wished it had had was a restaurant but I knew that before I booked anyway. It was hard finding a place to eat but I found there were some restaurants that did delivery so that was good.

Very clean and fairly new hotel. Location is near a highway. Breakfast is well stocked with a good selection. Helpful staff.

Convenient layout & easy parking. All the basic amenities we were looking for. Pool area is small but nice. Breakfast has all the basics. For our areas of interest, this hotel location worked well. A bit of a drive & traffic to get to Ottawa proper

We are dog people but was very surprised the amount of dogs staying at this hotel. This did not cause any issues during our stay, but in the future may be a factor in deciding to return.
