Stingy w/ towels. DIM in room, bought bulbs. Noisy construction site, impediments to switching. No safe, no Netflix, acrid smell from HVAC, wouldn't fix after 2 requests. No hangers for 2 days, No daily houskeeping, confusing cleaning schedule.

The kindness of the frontdesk staff, omg this will surely take me back to this hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location wise its just to good for visiting Toronto. Thank you all for your warmmmmmm welcome.

Service. They did not have enough staff and I had to go down to pick anything up. They could not deliver it.

AC did not work and the lady at the looby did not know how to fix it and nobody was there to fix it!!!

Clean, comfortable suites. And the staff went out of their way twice to assist me in moving my family's luggage.

The room size was great. Lots of extras avaiiable.

Went there personally while on lunch from my program in Milton. Lady on front desk assured me that there were no rooms available for under ---. Not what I wanted. Left and had my daughter go on line to search. Being over ----, online is an activity I do.

There were a number of hockey teams so breakfast was crowded and staff were a bit snarky about closing it down right on time.

The room was huge!! Lots of space for the family to spread out. It was nice to have a FULL kitchen and dishes

It was a nice new hotel, breakfast needs improvement.

Could hear neighbours, they were very noisy and lots of banging of cups and cupboards. Don't know if it was due to being in an adjoining room or if all rooms were like this.

The room was nice. Understaffed. The one employee was great but was only one. Requests toilet paper and waited four hours- had none.

Staff was lovely! The free breakfast was great, loved the fresh waffles. Large rooms with kitchenettes and temp controls.

The pool was freezing so not really usable in winter months which was a little disappointing. Wish the snack/drink selection was a little larger.

Good location

In our room the bathroom door latch doesn’t work. Bathroom door had to kept open and it was uncomfortable.

I like the location and the room that can have 5 people in one room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The bed was ok. Not as comfortable as I expected though. My husband has pain in his back when he woke up. I was not able to sleep well as well
