Rooms are new, have comfortable mattress and pillows and it was really clean.
In a quiet location.
It was one of the worse experience I have had staying in a hotel. Service was worse. 2 days in a row I asked for the towels and the housekeeping says we don¿t have towels, when they will be ,Staff had smirk on their faces. Please have a vender complain.

A nice place to stay. The room was comfortable and well furnished. Everything looked nice. I liked the large bathroom and ease to move around in the room. The breakfast was good with a variety of choice on Saturday but much less fruit on Sunday.
Fresh fruit, healthy food and hot options for breakfast.

Worst hotel and service ever. I called the hotel to let them know my family and I would arrive after 9pm as indicated in my confirmation email and the hotel receptionist told me they had no reservation for me. I had already prepaid for 3 nights and 4 days
The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I had amazing sleeps. Very quiet. The entire staff were all so professional and friendly. I would definitely be returning.

Nice pool. Updated
The hotel and room were both very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. We wanted to watch a hockey game and were pleased that there was both a large TV, probably 50? to 60? size and also sports net channel so we?re able to watch game.
The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the staff - they were very helpful despite the absolute chaos of the renovations taking place during our stay

Top Tips
- Expect a 13% HST to be added to nightly rates for hotels in Ontario. Most properties may apply extra resort or facility fees of $0–$34 CAD (approx. $0–$25 USD) per night. Request your final bill (folio) before payment to confirm all charges, as this is standard practice and helps you avoid unexpected add-ons.
- The Milton GO train offers direct service to Toronto Union Station, with trips typically taking 45–55 minutes from Milton GO. Add 10–20 minutes to reach the station from most hotels, especially during peak hours. GO Transit is accessible for guests with mobility needs; verify train schedules in advance if traveling off-peak or on weekends.
- Milton is 30–40 km from Toronto Pearson Airport. Off-peak taxi or rideshare travel usually takes 25–40 minutes; during rush hour, expect 45–75 minutes or more. You can use taxis, rideshares, and sometimes hotel shuttles; confirm fixed taxi rates online before booking.
- If visiting Kelso or Rattlesnake Point Conservation Areas in July or August, book hotel stays 7–14 days in advance. These sites, located 10–20 minutes from Milton, are popular for summer weekends and often cause midscale hotels to sell out. Check hotel cancellation policies when booking early to maintain flexibility.
- Chain hotels near highways in Milton typically offer onsite parking and business amenities. Some conference or airport-oriented properties charge $14–$34 CAD (approx. $10–$25 USD) per day for parking; confirm parking policies before reserving. Inquire about accessible parking if needed.
- Request a room with wired Ethernet or on a business floor if you need reliable upstream speeds, as most Milton hotels offer free Wi-Fi but speeds may drop below 10 Mbps. Test connection speed on arrival and contact the front desk promptly if performance is below your needs or if an accessible room is essential for work travel.
- Reserve an accessible room in writing for Milton hotels and confirm step-free access, roll-in shower, and grab bars at booking. While most hotels must comply with accessibility laws, features can vary, so direct confirmation ensures amenities meet your requirements.
- When paying at hotels or ATMs in Ontario, decline dynamic currency conversion (DCC) to receive your card issuer’s rate. ATM withdrawal fees typically range $1.35–$4 CAD (approx. $1–$3 USD), plus any bank out-of-network charge. Check with your home bank in advance about possible foreign transaction fees.
- Choose hotels according to your activity plans: Central Milton provides small hotels and B&Bs within a short walk of Main and Queen Street restaurants, best for guests without a car. Hotels along Highways 401/407 offer easier airport and car access and larger rooms, with better convenience for drivers and renters.
