- The room size and the location.
- I booked 3 rooms for a large party and all were spacious and clean. Beds were so comfortable with quality sheets. I didn't feel like a fish out of water. Everyone in my party was happy to have stayed there.

- I booked my hotel room for 2 nights and on my first night the day of arrival, after checking in we realized that the toilet was clogged. We informed the front desk about the issue nothing was done up until 5 in the morning then we were offered the switch.
