Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

Location and lots of parking

Staff in the breakfast room don't clear off or clean the tables, or even provide the cloth and spray for customers to do it themselves.

Breakfast

Horrible staff. Not the least bit friendly or accommodating, housekeeping are thieves and front desk is in on it. There’s not a knowledgeable member of staff that I met in the whole building. Pillows felt like shredded foam, beds were too dirty and stiff.

Everything was great. Check-in at the front desk was fast and smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel is fine but the rooms, hallways, furniture, etc. are definitely tired and overdue for an update. The door to our room didn't even have a strike plate for the lock which made it feel like the door wasn't overly secure. That said, it's well priced.

It was close to the highway

Our king room had a very tiny entry. There was no room to bring the luggage cart into the room. I inspected the filter in the heating unit and it was caked in dust. Desk employee didn?t seem to care and reluctantly offered a different room.

I forgot a sentimental bracelet in my room, and the hotel claimed that the housekeeping staff did not find, then who? I am 100 percent sure I forgot it there, for sure somebody is not honest. I am very disappointed.

Excellent location, great room amenities, good breakfast.

The staff at front desk at late evening / night shift was not very friendly. She was also on the phone while offering help.

Close to my intended destination

No hair dryer and toilet not very clean

Clean, walls were thick, couldn¿t hear my neighbours, bed was comfy

There was a bit of a stale smell. The air filters probably needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Location was ideal being close to the airport and central for shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was in need of updating of the furnishings in the room. The television, refrigerator, beds, walls and bathroom could and upgrade and replacement.

Great room . Clean and quite . Very comfortable and great breakfast. What more could you ask for

Housekeeping workers were really great and the Kitchen girl at the restaurant was so amazing May God bless her. Reception at departure was perfect but reception at entry could do more.

Unable to access drinking water and dispenser was very expensive unless I collect when Restaurant was open. In my opinion 2 dollars for water would make sense instead of 3.

This hotel is in Kitchener & hires mostly East Indian staff who are condescending and arrogant when ytou speak with them. I have seen only two whie staff and they have lower level positions in the Hotel. I feel like a foreigner in my own country, awful!

And, they advertize that they have a hot tub and a meeting room avaiable for there guests however nirther are in working order and guests are not notified of this unless they ask to use them. They false advertize.

Room smelt very bad, people kept us up till 3:30 in the morning partying. Police were called Not a good sleep

pillows are very uncomfortable. t.v. not great.
