Staff were friendly, room was large and beds were comfortable

Room size excellent. Fridge and microwave good. Good shower pressure.

Stank of smoke,complained and nothing done about it,despite signs all over hotel.Sheets dirty.Dusty rooms,tatty lampshades with writing on them.Plumbing not good.Overall decor of corridors and room very sated and needs fresh lick of paint.Carpets replace.

Misleading advertising!!!! Beware the the prices are in US dollars!!! You only find that out when you pay at the reception!?? The person at the reception was the cook!!!! He was covering for the actual receptionist!! Rooms are in a very poor condition!

The staff were extremely polite, happy, helpful and overall fantastic!!

The toilet in our room kept running but nothing a little 'jiggle of the handle' didn't fix :)

we loved the internet connection. the location is great. only walks from a beautiful trail with lake view. it is quite close to main street. right off highway 11. we did like the fridge and microwave, the coffee machine was broken. the outside and inside

Commotion from other guests made me check their reviews. According to other guests they have bed bugs. They never cleaned our garbage, replaced the towels, or our bed sheets. No elevator. People smoked in other rooms.

it was what we had expected for our travel purpose. Location, cost and staff were great.

it had not restaurant or food, but we knew this and with the pandemic, its not a surprise. no issues

Nothing, we like to have a shower after a long drive the shower is broken and nobody at the front desk for the night. You can hear every door closing so loud . Horrible experience never again.

Everything was horrible

They had a sale for a room with two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was furnished well and everything functioned.

Poor cleaning - I found a bobby pin on the floor. The moisture in the bathroom attracted tiny bugs. Sketchy - drunk people hanging out outside the hotel at night.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was quite comfy.

The breakfast is pathetic. Quantities were extremely limited. Each person wss given 1 hashbrown and 1 waffle (without and cream or fruit). On asking, I was guven a small fruit yogurt. They are charging too much and not working on improving the service.

Location is right by the Highway

They do not salt the pavement outside, there is piles of ice on the front steps by the entrance, ice all over the parking lot, staff doesn't respect privacy, no 24 hr service , nobody is at the front desk till noon, Indian lady is very rude,

The staff member at the front desk was really nice, and it’s in a good location on the west end. The beds were really comfortable!
