Clean, friendly staff, close to everything!

The construction was annoying. I did not know in advance about it! Workers staying at hotel would leave at 5:30 am doors slamming!

breakfast good; location is good.

stairs to 2nd floor were a struggle at our age. I should have asked for elevator and walkin shower. this comfort inn is tired.

Location and ease to travel around Huntsville. I enjoyed the breakfast as it changed a little daily.

I slipped and fell around 10 feet from the East entrance / Exit. That fall caused me to break my upper left arm. There was fresh snow covering the driveway ice. There was no visible sand or salt at that time and no slippery signage.

Was able to get a room during a brutal snowstorm but it was not worth $--- for the night

Not worth the price! Room was non smoking but stunk like smoke and pot! Escorts had rooms next to us and the string of johns coming in and out was disturbing as well as the partying going on in the other rooms and all the people smoking inside.

No elevator and travelling with a toddler alone with stuff with no main floor room. Was directed to a stairway away from main entrance and lounge so had to make two trips at night with my baby and stuff both checking in and out from outside. Not happy

Bus of college hockey players put across from our room later at night . My child was woken up with shenanigans countless times through the night . Hollering through the halls, teenage girls

I booked Comfort Inn because you know what you will get and we were not disappointed at all. Good location easy to find, nice clean room, friendly staff, breakfast as expected and well supplied and attended too. Very pleasant stay.

It had a great sitting area in the rear. We used it a lot. Pretty flowers and plants. Nice quiet spot.

I was told my stay was $--- when booked but when I arrived they charged me $---.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Looking forward to post-Covid breakfasts. Hotel can¿t be blamed for noisy neighbours.

Rooms were updated and very clean. Hallways were updated, clean and bright! Location was fabulous.

Bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Relatively quiet. Ample parking. Glad to see the hotel didn't use a chemical fragrance/freshener in the room.

Towels were a bit thin. Quick grab n go breakfast was probably good, but I never use.

Clean, comfortable room. Easy access from highway. Fantastic shower head.

Very few breakfast options for those with food sensitivities, and overall breakfast offerings not great quality - more in the fast food category. Gluten free bread/toast would at least be helpful.

Loud air conditioning unit turning itself on and off interrupted sleep; turned it off / opened window but then we lost sleep due to the heat.

It was surrounded by beautiful nature and trees. Not far from amenities

The bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and made noises every time you would turn.

The room given to me was having 1 queen bed and I was with my son.. i requested for 2 queen bed on call support but they asked me to pay extra

The location was great and the staff were pleasant. Overall the room was clean and tidy.
