Bugs!!! It was the time of season that all the mosquitoes and black flies were in full force so got bit like crazy even with bug spray all over and just not possible to sit out for long

Great location, clean, well equipped cottage.

cottage is on the lake shore. Beautiful lake front view. canoes and boats are available for guests with safety measures. The public dock is quite roomy with chairs and a gazebo. staff is quick to respond guest's requests and accommodating for an unexpected late check -in. Location is very convenient to drive to Algonquin Park and to Huntsville.

the cottage we stay, we found the floor is not level. a slightly seasick feelings as walking on it.

Joyce was very warm and welcoming, and sorted out any queries we had immediately. We made use of the kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, and the lake was wonderful for swimming. The cottage is spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. Plenty of hot water and excellent shower. Super-comfy beds too. We also made good use of the outdoor games, including ladder-toss, badminton and croquet. Easy drive to Algonquin Provincial Park for day hikes, and supermarket 10 minutes or so away.

It would have been amazing to have had a washing machine and clothesline, but we managed with a bit of hand-washing, and Joyce lent us an airer.

super friendly and helpful owners of this cottage property. It’s directly on a lake and people staying in a cottage can use the available canoes for free.

Cottage and area are exceptionally clean and comfortable! Resort’ team does a great job and working really hard supporting it in ideal condition. We really enjoyed our stay and I would say - place exceeded our expectations!

Location, cleanness, friendly staff, cottage has everything for great vacation time (fresh linens, kitchenware and great terrace protected from mosquitoes !)

we were able to get out and use the boat for a day of fishing. however it was a little too early ?.

the only thing we did not like was the fact that we were in a cottage that was attached to the one beside us and there was another family with infants that we could hear occasionally.

Small complaint. No cereal bowls, egg spatula, and the screen door did not fit tight to prevent mosquito entry.

Hidden gem .Lake is very quiet due to speed restrictions so no noisy boats or water skiing .Staff very helpful. .We had an older cottage ,but still very good for our combination of family with a lock off for privacy at night .Screened in porch for meals the best .

We were in self-catering cottages; no breakfasts were included.

Minor things only: could have used more larger serving dishes, and more hooks for towels etc.Overall, our stay was really great - loved the surroundings on a quiet lake.
