the location on the lake, the private experience and getting to see the Northern Lights from their dock on the lake.

No one there to ask questions to about the area, never met anyone to do with this establishment. Not that it was a bad thing.

Manager was kind enough to let my guests stay with us at the waterfront for free. Great service!

The lakehouse was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with large windows offering amazing lake views. The quiet surroundings and easy access to the water made it a perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed the cozy seating areas inside and outside.

We noticed some mosquito marks and insect remains on the wall, which would be better if cleaned before guests move in. The washing machine‘s room light wasn’t working, and a few appliances could benefit from maintenance. Additionally, footsteps from the upstairs area were quite noticeable at night and sometimes woke us up.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I had specifically booked and paid extra for the Superior King Room with a lake view, but upon arrival, the hotel gave us a Deluxe King Room instead. Not only was this a downgrade, but it also completely defeated the purpose of why we chose this property in the first place.When I raised the issue, there was no proper explanation or effort to correct the mistake. Paying extra for a certain room category and not receiving it feels dishonest and unacceptable. I expected much better service and transparency. When guests pay extra for a specific room type, it’s only fair to deliver on that promise.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so future guests receive the rooms they book and pay for.

The parking space is only for 5 cars

There is nothing major to report. Few of the switches in room were not working and downstairs backside door key tap was not working.

We loved the location on the beautiful Fairy lake. We made use of all the lake side facilities, deck chairs, paddle board and canoe. The staff were very attentive, helpful and caring. Thanks for a great stay.

We inadvertently booked a lower level room. Although it was a hot day, the AC wasn't on when we arrived, and the room was sticky and humid for some time. Also, we could hear the clatter of dishes being put away rather late at night. This would have felt worthwhile if they offered breakfast!

Nice and clean room.AC unit was good. Well decorated. Great location in Huntsville Muskoka. They had the best coffee with the coffee machine. Beautiful beach with water activities.

Check-in was seamless. I arrived late and left early so I didn't actually see anyone as everything was all set up for easy check-in. Easy peasy!

The property is right by the lake, very close to the Deerhurst resort. The view by the lake is beautiful.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Someone upstairs kept walking around since 6:30am on the weekend morning that woke us up.

Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Room was comfortable and parking easy. Had a communal kitchen and dining room that we didn't use. Would come again if in the area.

Amazing View nice large rooms! We were a little late but they made everything possible for an easy Check in!

We couldn't open the windows but that was maybe just us not getting the system... Bathroom was Clean but could use Just a little Renovation...
