Bathroom door did not close. The worst pillows I've ever seen. I had to buy pillows at a local store for the second night. There was no "do not disturb" sign available to hang outside the room. The room smelled and was not well ventilated.

That the hotel says breakfast included, but there is no breakfast for anyone!! No Movie channels. No access for handicap persons

The staff was very good and friendly. The room was very clean. Had a great sleep.

The hotel was not ultra fancy but far exceeded our expectations for cleanness and maintenance and friendly staff. I have been in rooms that I paid 10x as much for and was less impressed with the maintenance.

Very well located, large room, very clean, free parking, chairs provided in front of the room to chill outside (and you can smoke there), not sure it is to be recommended for a long stay as the closet is fairly small but totally sufficient for a week-end

A/C is awfully loud, Wifi connexion is poor, breakfast is included but nothing crazy

The hotel is very clean. Can tell it is well looked after.

When we came back to the hotel very late Saturday, I turned on the sink tap & water gushed out underneath all over the floor. It was too late to call so I cleaned it up. Its no one's fault, things happen. When we went to check out, no one was around.

Superlative customer service. Accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. 2 Queen size beds. Ample hot water. Bathrooms equipped with tubs. Cable TV. Large Rooms. Parking on premises. Good Internet speed. Breakfast included. Good location.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We checked in, but didn't have time to unpack and go in to our room right away. They offered to -- and did -- turn on the lights and turn up the heat in time for our return. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

We asked for a room on the 2nd floor, and we loved it. The fact that we didn't have the parked cars in front of our window made a difference. We just sat on the comfy chairs in front of the huge window and enjoyed the calm snow fall (in January). Also, the room was big and the two queen size beds very comfortable.

Ok but with some issues

Lights in bathroom kept turning on all night on some kind of timer. Kept us up all night. Shower head leaked

As always, it’s a clean, comfortable and warm place to stay.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a room here with a door that didn’t lock when you close it unless it was deadbolted. If you don’t lock and latch it from inside, anyone outside can push it open. This has happened with both room 10 and room 2.

Rooms are nicely updated

The tub/bathroom was fairly dirty. I opted not to use the shower. The door to the room didn’t close/lock properly.
