Price and location

Small pool. Not very clean

My AIRPODS are stolen from Manager custody and he is refusing to do anything about it and told me to do anything.

Staff were friendly

Super basic, bare bones, no frills for the price being that high.

The staff were nice

The room was disgusting. There was hair everywhere, it smelled like animals, the bathroom was dirty, the carpet was ripped and the walls were damaged. There was a safety issue with a bed frame sticking out in two places causing a hazard.

Very close to the main highway.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Had to keep window open always. Room was tiny. No guide on TV. TV reception was fuzzy. Pool was very small - like an oversize bath tub. Had to beg just for one extra pillow. Extra pillow had a spot of blood on it.

Booked 2 beds only got 1, no coffee in room or at front desk. Terribly overpriced

My kids loved the availability of the pool a the breakfast, they thought it was cool that the hotel offered those things ¿ we were also thankful that the hotel was pet friendly

I was not very happy about the vending machines eating my coins an not giving me the proper snacks, I think there should be the more availability for wheelchair accessiblity .. pool an rooms with the proper equipment available if needed

It was centrally located, close to Walmart, gas, downtown and a variety of food establishment including Tim Horton.

No dresser, I was there for 5 days and had to live out of suitcase. I managed.

It had coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was a close car ride to the town centre. We were given extra pillows after asking. There was a nice bakery closeby.

There was no place to put clothes except a little rack.

Room was clean and front desk staff were very friendly.

Carpets in hallways were very dirty. Also grounds outside were not well kept.

Location was great. Alot of restaurants close by. Coffee & Muffins in the morning was a plus!! Staff was very friendly.

The room had strong cigarette smell. Even the washroom smelled like cigarettes.

Would have liked more breakfast selection in lobby. Just muffins isn't what we need for a breakfast. Plus, only coffee or tea was no use. We don't drink either one. Juices would have been really appreciated. We ended up at McDonald's for br

the air conditioning could improve. The vent was facing the door, and not the area where the beds are. Also, minimum temperature was 20 celsius. The thermostat did not permit lower than that.

The hotel was situated in the retail complex hub... and it's 7 minutes away from Arrowhead Provincial Park.

It would have been ideal if the pool was heated but other than that everything was money for value!

the staff was great the grounds were clean and the rooms and the pool area were also very clean

we asked to upgrade the room to two queen in one room but non were available only for singles but other than that everything was great
