A lot of night noise

The location, the proximity to shopping, the cleanliness of hotel and the staff. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was wonderful too

Cleanliness and fine touches in the room.

Overpriced. It was a motel style building with no elevator. For the price we paid, we were expecting a larger hotel. Room was small with not much storage space. Parking was unavailable when we arrived and for several hours thereafter.

Clean, very comfortable bed and bedding.

The breakfast was just ok. Perhaps you might consider changing the sausage from pork to beef.

The location was nice and the bed was comfy with bright white bedding on it.

The walls hof the hotel room had multiple chips and gouges out of the drywall. Staff did say renovations were happening, so I?m hoping that was part of the plans.

Not clean carpets in hall dirty breakfast eggs and sausage rubbery no table lamps no mirror weird closet

Lacking in cleanliness. Hair under pillows, unknown stains not removed from floors, and ants actively wandering room.

Mold in the shower, bed was terrible and there was a party room in the room beside mine and the staff asked them to be quiet but never followed up to see that this happened. Had to call the front desk twice to complain and still no positive result.

Room was clean and staff was nice.

Breakfast wasn't the best.

No coffee. Sad breakfast. Bed was terrible. Pillows weren't even pillows. Deferred maintenance on building and rooms. We will never go back.

Smelled strange. First room the smoke smell was so bad we moved rooms Second room the toilet ran slow and just smelled strange The windows were so old and thin you could smell and hear anything outside

It's pet friendly with a minimal deposit. Free breakfast, free wi-fi. Close to major food chains and a grocery store (walking distance).

The room 202 stank. Must have been a smoking room that was very very poorly cleaned. Disgusting. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep. Had to sleep in the car in their parking lot

Close to amenities, and 401.

$200 deposit if customer does not have credit card. Not everyone has one. I understand room damage and other concerns. It's difficult for those that don't have a credit card. A VISA or MC debit isn't accepted.

The bed was clean, that¿s it

The bottom of the shower was dirty The sink and counter were both stained There was debris and garbage cans we had to get around at the back entrance. No glasses at all in the room The TV was hard to turn on and hard to operate The bk. was not good

Staff in morning hard to locate and no one talked to you, just left you standing there.

Hot breakfest was very nice

Staff wer behind plastic/ glass, but did not wear masks

I truly believe we should be compensated and get some of our money back I would never recommend that hotel ever

I did not like anything about this hotel they end up I mean to take us to three separate rooms still weren't happy but because we were going to get charged either way whether we cancelled or not we had no choice but to stay.
