Nothing! The location was somewhat close to things

The bugs! The dirty filthy place! The rude staff. Don't bother wasting your money. The bed was literally covered in bugs

It was close to the highway.

Not enough hooks, towels, and cheap renovations. Zero sound barrier between the room doors and hallway (you could hear everything). All night there was a loud intermittent beep from the hallway all night long. Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1.

The lobby and location

It definitely needs a reno, but it was cheap

They double billed us, the check-in was slow, check-in staff untrained, no fitted sheets, tiny towels, tubs didn?t drain, flies in room.? all not nice.

Close to medical appointment.

Could not use dials on vent system to bring in fresh air to room. Let desk know. Was told room would be $---... was charged $---...

Quiet clean location

They came in and made the bed everyday.

The hotel smelled, especially in the hallway. The resturant/lounge was only open in the Thursday. Breakfast didn't start til 7am, which wasn't helpful, because I leave for work at 6. The lock malfunctioned and had to switch rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff

Room had a bad smell. They did not look clean. The sheets had a yellow stain.

Mould in bathroom; too expensive for a 1 star hotel advertised as a 2.5 star

This hotel is very run down. Air conditioning and heating system broken in first room so had to change rooms and second room was only marginally better.

Needs a lot of work to bring it up to an acceptable level

Location

Exterior entrances cluttered with litter. Windows dirty. Too much noise from upstairs guests.

Staff were polite

When we arrived, there were no towels, the room key card did not work. During our 5 day stay I had to get assistance every time I tried to open the door to room 110. They changed key cards each time, but had to use the master card to let us in.

The location was convenient. The rooms decor had been updated. The Staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful.

The Mattress was awful. When two persons are on, you both roll toward the center. Sagging.....

The room including bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The property is very old and poorly maintained. Haul way carpets very Very dirty. It was a good place to shower and sleep.

Exterior and interior condition

For a one night stay it was adequate, but there was no microwave, and the advertised ¿breakfast included¿ was of a bag to go t available at the front desk. It contained an orange, a mini yogurt and a mini granola bar

The entrances were shabby and the room lighting was strange. The only wall switch was between the sink and the entrance to the toilet. A switch at the entrance to the room wasn¿t connected to anything.

Easy access for my mom with her walker. Asked and they gave a room close to the door on the ground level

The bed was excellent! The Japanese restaurant below was terrific! The morning chamber maid was friendly:) Parking was easy.

Front desk agent was not friendly??! Breakfast could be better... sausage was horrible, more selection of fruit.. only apples.

Air conditioner was broken. They would not change my room as they were at capacity. Did not sleep from 3am. Would provide no rebate. Unacceptable.
