Staff and breakfast

Exercise room is very small and treadmill doesn't work. There is a smell in the halls. My room also had a smell, the bathroom sink was clogged and every time you flushed the toilet the bathtub drain made loud noises.

Air Conditioner did not work. We did not realize the AC was only blowing warm air and the room was getting hotter until 1AM. I did not get any sleep at all. The manager only offered a discount on a future booking, no adjustment on this one.

There was a nice pool

There was NO toilet paper at all in the room. The woman that was working the front desk on Sunday morning Aug 24th was EXTREMELY unhelpful. When I asked about 2 towels for the pool she said they were waiting for clean towels. She was not helpful, rude

Close to everything

Pool was small and liner was not set right and there was a dirty bandage sitting in the bottom and hair floating

Little extras like fresh cookies, popcorn and lemon water were nice and unexpected . Hotel was clean and quiet. Comfort Inn isn?t usually my first choice but I?ve stayed at this location 3 times now and it has been great. My normal chain close by sucked

This hotel was so clean. The beds & pillows were so comfortable

The pool could have been a touch warmer in the colder months ??

The lemon water and cookies in the lobby, staff, pool and having a bathtub in our room!

Location was convenient. Room was clean. Staff interaction pleasant. Bed comfortable. No weird smells. I?d stay again. Water pressure good so excellent shower. Keurig in room as well as fridge and microwave. Small fitness center and indoor pool.

Only complaint was they recommended I park around the back which made unloading luggage more difficult. Wish I?d unloaded before moving vehicle.

The people were very helpful. The room was nice

The TV was pixelated and probably from before my parents were born. Upgrade is recommended it's 2023.

Staff is certainly very friendly (front desk) and also at the morning breakfast. Thank you. Room is very well appointed. Love that there is a microwave even thought we did not use it this time

Carpet was very dirty . Needs to be cleaned. I didn¿t want to take my shoes off. I would suggest steam cleaning for patio entrance rooms. Women with dark hair at front desk was really rude to fellow employee at breakfast room. Not acceptable.

organized, clean, friendly staff and reasonable price.

Close to highway. Close to amenities. Easy checking in and out.

Le déjeuner est vraiment super et la piscine est sur réservation pour 30 minutes mais ça permet d'avoir la piscine privée ce qui est bien! Micro-ondes, frigo super!

Amazing service to solve any problems and very clean

No respect from other people in the hotel, customers smoke cigarettes and pot in there rooms talk loud in the hallway on the cellphone but the sevice deck can't do nothing about them so they change us of room

could not sign in to wi-fi using a laptop.set up requires internet access use their wi-fi. was offered access to a computer,the files i needed were on my own pc. only hotel i had a problem. free breakfast.ask for bagels.no one at caf or front desk.

The pool and exercise room were nice

The bathroom had been renovated but the tub was worn and some renovation to the bathroom was done half ass. It didn't look like the other renovated Comfort Inns' that I have stayed at recently. All in all, it was a nice stay and would recommend this site.

Room was to included a fridge and microwave, neither was present.
