heater worked well, bed sheets were clean, toilet worked, mini-fridge worked, microwave worked

vomit on the doorstep, used tea bag on the floor, dirty wooden floors, dirty shower with black stuff that looked like mold, bathroom sink backed up and did not drain properly

Allowed to stay and work in restaurant after checkout I will return

Room was quite large and clean. Staff were super friendly and included a breakfast for a very reasonable price

Some of the furniture was dated and rough looking but overall very clean

Would you prefer a room beside no one like quiet to sleep before to be placed in a room on the end or away from other people?

The noise from other rooms is extremely bad. So much so that I had to sleep through the breakfast hours to get enough hours of sleep. Will never stay there again.

The staff at checkin was wonderful! The room was clean. For the price there isn't much more one could ask for.

The walls are thin so you hear your neighbours but not the end of the world!

I like it because the staff is very friendly and professional, it is close to the road, where I am traveling, it has parking for my vehicle and it is clean and comfortable.

The morning breakfast was excellent great food but the night shift staff was very unprofessional didn¿t even welcome you there as if we were bothering her from watching her television But checking out in the morning the lady at the desk was excellent

But the room had a pretty bad smell as if it was smoked in or vapored but the smell was terrible and during the night next-door dogs Work kept barking woke us up several times for the night I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel to anybody

Impossible to pick one thing, the staff was awesome, the room was large and clean and had nice linens, the pool was wonderful, the location supurb.

Room door had small gap from frame if it had been winter, it would have not been pleasant

The Hotel was so bad that the room was very stinky and the bathroom tap and facets were broken. There were lot of insects as well in the room. Overall the experience was so bad and could not stay with family at all.

very cute, clean inside and outside. The bed was soooo comfy - I slept like a baby. I walked the 2 km to downtown Brockville for dinner and what a picturesque walk it was! View of of St Lawrence and century plus homes. Great breakfast w lots of options

The room was very spacious. There was a pool which the family thoroughly enjoyed. It was walking distance to the senior homes, one of which my mother is residing. It is a quiet place. All staff members were very friedly.It was a great breakfast as well.

Not only was the hotel extremely expensive, but they had a surcharge to park your car. There is no airport near this hotel so there¿s no other way to get to this hotel except my car. The six dollar charge is an extra gouge on top of the price.

It was convenient clean and large. The desk accommodated our late check out. Bringing our dog was no problem.

It was impossible to change the TV volume and no one there was able to figure out how to do it. We were in a room with a tub with water jets but they did not work. Coffee at breakfast incredibly weak.
