Located right off of the highway and a short drive to downtown. Friendly staff at the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection.

Cleanliness, location and staff very polite and helpful

Disappointed for a Holiday Inn Express. One elevator out of service, pool and fitness center closed. Tears in curtains and bed skirt .

Staff are very pleasant and the place is clean

They need to change the carpets and the old couches. When you walk in some of the room, the smell is awfull.

Staff is friendly, place is clean. I love the fact that they provide body lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

They are in the middle of renovations. The curtains look a bit sad and carpet needs to be changed.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. I like the fact that they provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner which I do not have to carry with me during my trip. One of the reasons I keep going back to Holiday Inn Express.

Got a suite and when I walked in the room it stank of old and damp carpet and furniture. I was too tired to get another room. After one hour in the room, the smell did not bother me. One of the remote controls did not work. Cleaning staff shoud check them

The staff is very friendly and place is clean. Breakfast is good. Not sure why they do not offer bacon.

Curtains were all ripped and impossible to not get daylight in. I ended up putting the left one in the hole on the right one. The curtains are usually ripped but not this bad. Apparently they are waiting for the supplies to come in to do renovations.

Our room is facing highway. The noise was a little bit loud during the night time.

Just one thing: The parking lot and entryway needed to be plowed and shoveled - it was the huge snowstorm on Christmas Eve, but Holiday Inn really should have a contracted snow plow service to attend to the snow.

Great price, easy location right off the highway, one of the quietest stays we've had, free breakfast. Can't ask for more.

Cleanliness and also the breakfast. The breakfast hostess has always been very pleasant and helpful.

The only suggestion would be to replace the fold out mattress in the queen sofa.

Staff , checked in later then expected . Seems I broke up a little party for a former employee. Woman at front desk was quite rude .

It worked great for what i needed.

I was expecting a light clean up each day and fresh towels. I guess with Covid that service is no longer provided. Even if the garbage was cleaned out would have been nice.

With COVID going on, I felt it was probably the cleanest hotel in the area. The staff were friendly on check-in and any time I passed by the front desk. They gave out "to go" breakfast bags because they couldn't provide their usual hot breakfast.

Very noisy because of location right on 401. Pool hand rail was not secure at main steps Pool was very cold. Back (West side) parking lot street light not working. Smoking area (West parking lot) had no street light also

Comfortable, quiet,and clean, good choices for breakfast.

Pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. We were given a complementary room upgrade so that our room could be closer to other family members staying there.

Sofa bed was horrible, and so old, you felt all of the springs - should not be considered a bed.
