Quiet and good breakfast

Pool was not super clean

Quiet and relaxing room.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

For this hotel being a 3+ star, it is really a nice hotel. It is very clean and the service and employees are very ponctual and helpful. For the price of this hotel, I really recommand !

The only cons is there is not electric charger directly at the hotel for an electric car which would be a plus.

Great location. This hotel looks new and you can tell it is because everything is perfect. And the breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from.

But one thing I would say, it's that the pillows were too thing.

Everything was ok. No surprise.

No complaint at all, except for the reservation. I'm canadian. I made this reservation in Canada for a trip in Canada. And I discovered that the price was in american dollars only AFTER the reservation was completed with no possibility of refund.

The ladies who provided the breakfast were exceptional

I was told I could check in early but once we arrived we had to wait close to an hour in the lobby because the room was not ready. Never any towels in the pool area

Service at the front desk was friendly, and everything offered was of good quality! I especially enjoyed the breakfast selection.

It would be great to have a pamphlet in the hotel room of what it has to offer.

I am gluten sensitive and was able to find something I could eat here. The staff is efficient, friendly and professional.

I didn¿t realize that they were charging us an¿incidentals deposit¿. I do understand that they immediately reverse when I leave but the banks are not as efficient at reversing the charge and on a long trip that can add up.

The location is great, very pleasant staff.

Modern, clean, quiet, nice hotel!

Didnt like the egg omelets for breakfast.

People were very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast was not great. Bacon was not edible and the omelets were dry and selection was minimal. I will say, though, that the coffee was excellent.

Staff were very nice and facility very clean.

I booked this hotel so I could swim but the pool was closed - there was no mention of this on the site. It was much more than I would have paid to stay in Brockville but I did for the pool. Very disappointed. Very expensive

Location isn't the greatest, but because everything else is so nice, being marginally out of the way isn't a big deal.

Excellent- clean and quiet. No conditioner in bathroom and I forgot mine. But otherwise amazing!
