Great location, clean, breakfast included, friendly staff and lots of parking.

The hidden gem. It was clean, up to date, friendly staff and breakfast included.

The pool!

I was freezing in our room, but my roommate was good, so it must have been me.

I would like to thank you the Front Desk Representative,if I got it right :) She was so helpful and professional to assist us.She did above and beyond to get our Tesla Charges at one of the EV chargers at the parking spots!

Fantastic hotel!! I'm not sure if this is owner operated, but there was sense of pride of ownership right from check-in. Reception, maintenance, kitchen staff, etc. extremely courteous and welcoming. The place was extremely clean and the pool was perfect!

Nothing..... everyone was welcoming, the rooms/common areas were clean and organized, lots of choice for breakfast, and the temperature of the pool was just right.

Lots of food choices for breakfast.

Hotel guests or staff were smoking in rooms close to ours.. Door to our room difficult to open and close. Elevator not working and my wife cannot climb stairs. We decided to stay in this room for duration of our stay as room is in main floor.

It was conveniently located. Staff was pleasant.

Wish we had been able to get a cot.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Right off highway, easy to access.

No. Good value for price paid.

The location was excellent, as was the buffet breakfast selection.

I wasn¿t happy that the gym only opened at 6am. Other hotels open the gym at 5am, which is preferable to me, as I am an early bird.

Location. Room size

The heater, everytime it came on sounded like a jet engine had a hard time sleeping

Room

Pool was closed. They should have notified us prior to check in. We rearranged our schedule that day so we could get to the pool.

The breakfast that was included in my room was nice, Where the hotel is located was good as well the staff that worked morning at the front desk was super nice!

Our room was missing some things, and I had to go ask for them The girl that cheeked is in wasn¿t the nices, and didn¿t know English really well,

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the little bottles of hand sanitizer, very nice touch.

The breakfast was minimal, but wigh Covid - totally understandably.
